Was charged twice on my bill was told there was no history of one of the transactions. They told me to call customer service, which I did and was told the very same thing. So I went back into the store with both receipts for 2 different cards one was autopay and the other originated from this specific store and was told they have no record, to call customer service and in fact that I would probably owe them money somehow. . .I don't know what to do about this, I didn't think it would be a problem at all. How crazy is that? I paid my bill twice and not only are they keeping the overpayment but I'm going to owe them for this? Wow...???and FYI metro there ain't gonna be a next time you gotta be kidding me gtfoh with all that. I'm switching to cricket and getting a new phone. Please don't respond by telling me you 'fell short' I'm not giving you guys another chance to fall even shorter. That'd be my fault. Better you not say anything. You lost a customer over something completely fixable. . .falling short is a gross understatement.

I've had been a metro customer for over 8 years and still going. Besides all that they should have more discounts and no need to change my phone number just to upgrade to a new phone. More lower prices please. Edit: I went with Verizon, Metro doesn't have the power to cover areas that I needed the most. I got fed up. I'm good with Verizon

Today at this metro store i was treated so professional and kind by an employee named Ali..I was having a bad day and my phone was broke and i was going to have a break down!! But Ali saved the day..He hooked me up with a fair deal on my new phone and that kept me as a happy metro customer. Thanks Ali..your great!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my stepfather, received at your Main and Alma School location on 12/14/23 at approximately 4:50 PM. During his visit to activate a new phone, he encountered an employee whose behavior was both unprofessional and unfair.Upon entering the store, my stepfather inquired about a former employee to assist him. The employee he spoke to responded dismissively, stating "that person no longer works here, go find them," and then abruptly told him to leave the store without activating his phone.Furthermore, before the activation process even began, my stepdad was charged a non-refundable activation fee of almost $30. This charge was never explained or discussed with him beforehand. It is unclear why he was charged this fee without any service being rendered, especially considering he was ultimately not able to activate his phone due to the employee's behavior.

Came in to get a new phone by transferring my number guy tried to tell me as if I didn't know how math and taxes work quoted me on a free phone that it would come out to about 200 bucks for a free phone? Let's see how this goes 60 for the service 25 for the activation fee taxes 8.3 percent do the math where does 200 bucks come from? When I got there, because I travel for a living he looked me up and down and saw my luggage because I had not yet gotten to my destination and said I'll guide you to the cheapest phone we have excuse me? What if I wanted to buy up the whole store! That's how you treat a sale? Best wishes metro you're gonna need it treating new customers that way.

I had trouble remembering my security code & no branch in Phoenix would help me so I had to catch the train all the way to Mesa. Jackie was very nice and helped me change my password plus new phone, new tablet, and new service I very much appreciate. All the ladies here are nice and friendly. They make sure you get all the help you need I was very satisfied after going through all that trouble looking for help in Phoenix area. I will be back to this location to upgrade my personal phone. ??

Went inside yesterday afternoon and the "lady" the assisted me, and I use that word only to describe my interaction with her because she did nothing cared zero, worthless. Once your a customer they do nothing to assist you. Looking for a new provider.
