My phone had mysteriously locked itself up which left me without a phone for 2 days. I came to the Metro PCS store in Mesa, Az to see if my phone issue could be fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and professional. His name is Spidey. He did everything he could to resolve my phone issue but it turned out that my phone wasn't salvageable. It wouldn't even shut off to do a factory reset. So he ever so kindly eased me through getting me set up with a new phone. ( I was so attached to my old phone) He is very knowledgeable at what he does and the customer service was beyond EXCELLENT. If ten stars were an option, he definitely deserves it. I'm happy with my new phone.
