The manager, I believe his name is Javier, is always extremely kind and helpful. I've had to come in about 3 or 4 times recently and he has made each experience stress free and as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this specific store over any other location I've been to. He continues to go out of his way to help resolve any issue I have had. Nothing but good things to say about him.

I would give a zero star if it were an option. Today is 6/25/23, store hours says opening is 11am. However, the employee, a heavy set female, didn't arrive until 11:15am. She walked past me without any "good morning" or anything to acknowledge me awaiting her arrival. She went into the store, locking the doors behind her, started putting out phones, did a few things on the computer, and went into the backroom a few times before, went back out to her car before, finally, letting me in. Still without any good morning. By this time it's after 1130am.She behaved as if I was disrupting her entire day, wasn't friendly with me at all, and to top it all off, she didn't want to take my payment unless it was exact change. Horrible customer service!Horrible work ethics!& Horrible experience! I will now go out of my way to go to a different store!

Always look at your receipt. I was overcharged and duped into buying $145 worth of accessories for two phones because he led me to believe it was included in the price! Also activation fee is $25 per line so why was I charged over $133 for activation??? I will be contacting a manager today!
