Me and my sister came here to turn on her phone and we had previously went like 2 days went to go turn mine on she did nothing to help but give us attitude both times. We went back home to finish setting up her phone and we told her we where going to come back and we live down the street from here so 5 mins later we come back to the lights on and the door locked with no one in there.

Oscar assisted me super friendly and helpful. He was a new trainee he was very knowledgeable on the phones. He did make a mistake by switching the phone numbers and the phones up. Didn't notice till after the store closed and the next day I went back up there I told him the situation and he was with another customer and the other agent \\\"G\\\" helped me. They both apologized for the mix up and the problem was solved. They did not try to avoid me or the problem and they corrected it with no frowns nor being non-chalant as if I were the problem. They are ???? thank you again!

Gabriel was extremely helpful and very courteous. I know zero about cell phones. He explained the problem and dealt with my issues. There are Metro by T-Mobile stores closer to my home, but the extra drive is well worth the customer service one receives at this location. Thanks Again!

The guy was really good he took care of the problems that we had with the phone got it all straightened out and phone line was back in active within 10 minutes
