While my Jeep ended up being totaled so I can’t speak for the work, the employees at Valley Collision made such a huge difference in my experience. My Jeep was there for about 3 weeks while I went back and forth with insurance about if it was repairable or not and Izzy contacted me through email and phone calls to keep me updated on what was going on through the whole process. I can’t thank them enough for being kind with me and answering all my questions through the process!

Super impressed and very appreciative of Valley Collision. My car had a small amount of cosmetic damage but I had expected to pay double what I was quoted. The work they did was stellar and the service friendly and professional. I was a property damage adjuster in a past life, so have been in and out of a lot of body shops, and this one is top notch. Got into a bad car accident in June and randomly chose this place because it was close to where I lived. They have a great, clean office and the people are super nice. They flawlessly fixed my car as well as fixing some scratched paint I had from a separate incident! I highly recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

We took our 2018 lincoln there for damage another driver caused to the drivers side doors,and I have to say this shop was first cabin all the way. On time,on estimate and kept in touch the whole time on the progress of our 2018 conny. Great office peeps as well. Will be going back for any of our auto body needs.

I need my headlights buffed out because they were all fogged up. I talked to Dennis there and I brought the car in and they buffed them out and they look like new. I would highly recommend these guys to do all your body work.

I have used them twice. First, due to our 4Runner getting rear ended, and the metal flake blue paint matches perfectly! Next they fixed a small attach on my GT-R and redid the clear bra. All turned out great.

Mesa Valley Collision Center completed body work on my RV in September 2022. Six months later the repair is failing badly and needs to be re-done. Shoddy work with poor quality materials. Mesa Valley Collision Center is now defunct - new business at the same location operating under the name Valley Collision. Mesa Valley Collision Center owners are gone. This was a $5,300 repair.

Took my car in for an insurance claim. Minor damage broken tail light. Told should take week and a half. Week after promise date call and say car is ready. Get there notice the wheel well cover on the non repaired side is not attached. Took them two additional tries to attach it. Bring car home notice three more issues. Two paint blobs and a scratch. Take car back to get this fixed. James tells me they hurried to get my car back so didn't do a "quality check". Today I go to put fuel in my car a week after pick up. Fuel door won't open. I find the override pull it doesn't work. Have someone else give it a try. Nothing. Take it to dealership they get it open. They didn't remove the tape and paper from behind the fuel door. As I am putting fuel in my car I then notice black lines across my back window. No idea what it is. It feels like a glue like substance When I called and spoke to James again. He came across that he didn't care. They got their money and no longer cared about me or my car. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is nonexistent at this company. Do your quality check and do it right the first time.

Had to speak with Brian the owner and after he fired the back of house doing repairs. They over sprayed my car and it's now under new managers while I was trying to get my car repaired. This place is the worst customer experience I've ever had and wish they completely shut down and I will be taking legal action. Worst body shop ever. Stay away!

Brian and his staff went above and beyond the work I needed on my truck! The new hood and paint job was a perfect match, AND they buffed out my "Arizona pinstriping" along the sides of my truck. I had an awesome experience at Mesa Valley Collision Center. I got quotes from other shops in the valley and Mesa Valley Collision got the job done for a price that was more competitive than anyone else and WAY faster than any of the the other shops could get me in. The customer service they have there is top notch too. Warm, welcoming and punctual. There's a darn good reason they rate higher than everyone else.
