We had our fridge delivered and installed. They broke one of the screws inside the handle screw spot, so there is only one screw holding the handle on instead of 2. They didn't mention anything but let me find it in my own.
I didn't deal much with the store directly due to ordering a fridge through an outside vendor. It would have been nice to have a bit more interaction and know what was going on.

They handled everything. I bought a washer and dryer for my mom. I wasn't going to be there for the installation but they hacked everything perfectly. My mom is thrilled. Thank you.

The gentleman who helped with our purchase was exactly the meaning of that word. He was super knowledgeable about the product in the store and provided customer service that lacks so much these days. Questions answered, and the product was delivered and hooked up with no issues. We bought a stackable lg washer and dryer and saved 800 dollars from Costco's price! Are you kidding me 8 hundy! ? Thanks for the great deal and awesome customer service.

Terrible customer service. Long waited for my appliances and they were not checked for correctness until day before delivery and they dumped the fridge door problem on me and I'm still dealing with it. Would not recommend this business.

We went there because they had the appliance we were looking for at the price we wanted. Questioned sales rep about the installers and how good they were. He was spot on., they were fast, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. We are extremely happy with the price and installation.

I absolutely love my new profile refrigerator and washer, dryer set. Up next the dishwasher. The service is by far the best. The salesmen don't pressure you or hackle you. In fact they make you feel comfortable and tell jokes. Very friendly guys. I would recommend getting your next appliance here. My salesmen was Jim and he was fantastic, but you can't go wrong with anyone of them. Thank you for making the process painless!

I didn't actually purchase anything from this location, but Matt was very helpful in trying to find me the microwave I've been looking for even if it meant suggesting buying it elsewhere.I will definitely be coming to them for future appliance needs.

When our washing machine suddenly broke this weekend we went to Mesa Tv And Appliance. We were greeted by this nice man who ended up being the best salesman I have ever had .His name is Jim Meyers .Jim went above and beyond to help us figure out the best washer and dryer for us .Jim even went into the warehouse to get the washing machine for us because he knew we needed it that day .He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our many questions. He made the process so easy .Jim is a great salesman who did NOT pressure us at all. I would 100% recommend Mesa tv and appliances and 100% recommend Jim Meyers. Next time we need a tv or appliance we will be back. Thank you Jim !

We purchased new appliances for a remodel of our kitchen. Louie was an engaging, knowledgeable and professional salesperson and priced the products very reasonably. I recommend him and Mesa TV & Appliance very enthusiastically .
