They have an incredible selection of shirts from all genres and sizes. Lots to look at. We were so blown away with the stellar customer service. I can't wait to come back and browse longer. “We live out of town and came in last weekend for a suit for prom for this weekend. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and quickly fitted. The whole process was smooth and very fast. I was assured that the suit could be altered and will be shipped and should arrive to us by Friday, which is a rush from their typical 10 days. I was worried that it wouldn’t get here on time, but the suit arrived exactly when they said it would just in time for prom. I am so grateful for them understanding our situation and needing the suit so quickly. We will definitely be back for the next suit!”
“I made an appointment for a bra fitting. Maria was my fitter, and she guessed my size correctly without having to measure me. She brought me scads of bras to try on, and when she knew what style I preferred, she went to the sales rack and got me two! It was a very positive experience!”
“This store is the best! I was searching all over online for a certain Old West frock coat (the "Tombstone coat" by Frontier Classics) and Wild West Mercantile had my size in stock for a better price than I saw elsewhere (and besides most of those places didn't have my size in stock). I'm a retired non-tech-savvy person and the woman who answered the phone at Wild West Mercantile was super helpful and walked me through the online ordering process. Shipping was very reasonable and I got the coat much faster than I anticipated. When the coat arrived I was very impressed with the quality. The fabric has a quality soft feel that I wouldn't have expected at that price, and the tailoring/workmanship was perfect. Five stars! The coat is actually for a character I'll be doing (who was originally played by Jeff Daniels, who got an Emmy for the role) in case you're wondering about the strange outfit I'm wearing the Tombstone coat with.”
“Shout out to Ashlynn for having me in and out in less than 10 minutes with two perfect fitting pairs of pants. Never in my entire 37 years have I had a shopping experience like this. I LOATHE pants shopping for a number of reasons, and she had me in a size 3 sizes smaller than what I thought I was in. The first two pairs she gave me were absolute perfection. I’m still baffled that I was in and out so quickly without the nightmare of searching for and trying on 5 different fits.

“My experience was awesome I should have got the young gentleman's name so I could give him some good feedback on here he was a younger gentleman very very nice very very helpful just an incredible person compared to sell my brain into it here and other locations not at this one but other locations that are there other stores he was absolutely amazing I'm not sure but it was it was about Friday afternoon on the 1st of November and I'm guessing it was probably about 5:30 roughly he was such an awesome helper and if I ever need anything I hope I run into him again because he was fantastic”

“They have a decent selection of men's clothing for very reasonable prices. Earned Kohl's bucks shopping on one weekend and saved $50 the next weekend using them for a few additional things. A lot of items on sale. Customer service was good at checkout.”

“The gentleman at the counter was very very helpful as well as the person on the phone. I am not technologically savvy at all and do not know how to convert things into files I simply showed them pictures off the internet they downloaded it did whatever they needed to do and I walked out with the custom sweatshirt in less than 30 minutes. I am sure if I had the files ready to go it would have been half that time but I appreciate the immense help and the quick work and the fair price”

“I've been an Old Navy shopper for years. They always have a great selection plus comfy clothes and attire. This location, the ladies there are very friendly and helpful. The store always looks organized and clean plus well stocked.”

“The two women working this day were very attentive and helpful. They helped me find my first pair of boots last Saturday. Unfortunately, after one day, they chipped at the toe area of the sole. I was able to go back, and they helped me way beyond what I was expecting. They were patient and made sure the issue was resolved. Topnotch customer service, great selection of boots, clothing, and accessories! Hands down, coming back here and recommend others to stop by. Thank you for a great experience.”
“Growing up we used to go to western warehouse in my home town! was looking to get a new pair of boots. I’ve been to the store a bunch of times. I’ve bought clothes. Bought boots for my son for myself. I know 5 AM. I know what I’m looking for. I didn’t have to deal with customer service today. I have heard people having bad experiences with boot barn because they tend to hire very young stuff who appear like they rather be left alone and not deal with people than to help. I was asked for help a few times but I knew what I was getting. I didn’t need any help.
But every time I’ve been here. There’s always strange vibes from the cashiers. One time they didn’t believe us that we grabbed a pair of jeans from the 50% off rack if we buy another pair. Then they had to triple check that these were the right jeans because they didn’t feel like they were coded properly. However, the manager was awesome and honoring the pants that we purchased because they were located on the 50% off rack as long as we purchased another pair of pants. So the managers are cool.
This time the cashiers. Just asked us if anybody helped us. I said no. The rest of the transaction was very quiet. Pay. And leave. And honestly, sometimes that’s nice. But I could see how this could bother some people as far as I know it wasn’t enough to stop me from coming back here. The next time I need a pair of boots.”
“I don’t shop at kohls like I use to because prices have gone up that it is hard to pay the price at kohls when I can go a couple stores down and pay a lot less. Especially for shoes. Shoes at kohls have gone up so much I don’t even look at them any more.”
“This store is always clean and well organized but because of crazy Covid the stock is extremely low. That's the only reason I gave it 4/5 stars. The kids working there were really helpful, they were perfect.”

I just want to say thank you. Because of the chance you took on me, I now have a passion for all things fashion. Before working there I looked like a dork with my strange clothes choices lol.
I now love clothes so much. I care about how they look, the material, the matching of outfits, the looking for the brand, and the zipping zippers and tying ties. I live to check for stains and do some bargain hunting. I now hunt for deals and know what something is worth. Now that I'm older and have a family, my hobbies have become highlighted as "me time". My "me time" consists of just being surrounded by clothes. Organizing them, trying them on, and being gentle with them. Thank you for giving me a job when you did. Thank you for changing the game for me. Thank you for making me a more fashionable person. I hope you and the store are doing well :)
