I went to MBI for a DOT physical for a job that I applied for. My health is not the greatest due to not getting health insurance. I have high blood pressure its insanely high I know this since I was young. The doctor who came to the room right off the bat, scolded me about my blood pressure. I told her ok I know about it. She goes on "Oh you could die today, tonight, tomorrow etc. Like aren't you suppose to help me instead of throwing it in my face about my health issue. That I apparently know about for years like come help me with this situation so I can get this job I got hired for. I came home so stressed out with a massive headache and me not feeling good she made it worse.

The physical therapy side is amazing. This is the second time I have came for a workplace injury and I feel like I have made friendships. Thank you to Madi and Bri for keeping everything going from the schedule to answer calls. Thank you to Allen, Kevin and the other therapist for taking the time to treat each patient individually and with amazing respect. Thank you to Brian for managing this whole team. I would not be able to recover so quickly without this team.

The women upfront are absolutely amazing and make everything extremely easy and quick as possible. I have been here twice on two different occasions, and both times they we sweet and funny while efficient. Only dealt with the Physical Therapy side for the most part. They were great! Kyle and Maddie are awesome, a lot of fun and make you feel comfortable!! If ever need be, I will use this location again!!

Had a physical for a job on August 24th I came around 930am. The younger mixed ethnicity woman at the desk also took my vitals had one of the worst attitudes and was unprofessional telling me Im going to fail my test because my eyesight is bad. I'd give negative stars if I could based off how she acted with me and spoke with her colleagues..what gets me is how everyone else in the facility was nice and professional except this woman and all it takes is one bad apple. Anyways I don't recommend this place at all.

Make sure the staff is trained on which box to tick for the “CDL Applicant/Holder” section of the DOT form. It’s not just cdl holder, it’s for people seeking to get their CDL as well because if they tick no they CDL Applicant will be unable to take the test and waste time at the DMV.They failed to complete the form with all the information with the CDL applicant section and then a second time after returning to the office they left out the expiration date of the Medical Examiners form.On the second return I spoke with the same person and they immediately placed the blame back onto me without taking ownership of the situation whatsoever. I was told, “Well why didn’t you check it?” Am I as a first time customer of this service having a medical examiners certificate completed for the first time ever, supposed to know every detail required for the DMV? That doesn’t make any logical sense.I was only met with a patronizing interaction as if I as a customer should have a full comprehension of newly presented forms.As a customer of the location we’re presented different types of forms and documentation we’ve never seen before so as a business and employee it is standard to have knowledge of what needs to be completed.I have taken time off work “multiple” times to take care of the necessary paperwork to further my career in my company to only run into problems back to back times. This has affected my income and time.Your staff needs to be retrained on this information and also basic customer service skills to take ownership of a mistake.I will be informing our entire distribution company and fleet of drivers, supervisors, management and all levels to avoid this location at all costs.

The staff at this place is amazing! Both the doctor doing my physical, as well as the medical staff doing my drug test were great! I recommend anyone and everyone to come here for either drug tests, or physicals! If I need another physical or drug test and its my choice I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I had a great experience! I went in for a drug test/physical and I had no issues. Shaniqua, Tierra, Deidre & the rest of the staff were very respectful, professional & calm. Everyone communicated clearly. The wait time was not long. This location was also very clean and comfortable inside. Thanks Again.

The doctor was incredibly disrespectful and so was the front desk. You should not be allowed to treat your patients with the disrespect that they gave my husband earlier today and I do believe it was a Dr Summer who treated him horribly. So be careful before booking any appointments with them

All of the staff here at MBI physical therapy was very friendly and helpful. Because all of the staff here, I’m able to go back to work full time without any pain or discomfort.

MBI Doctors, Nurses, Technicians and Physical Therapy are Proud to work with you, they are very patient and persistent. Great place to get medical check up, workers comp, drug tested, and 5 star to the Physical Therapy. Each person here knows their roles and will help you get back to your daily needs, they all have great energy. Highly suggest coming here over Concentra!

By far the best Physical Therapy place I have ever been to and worked with each of the staff was very helpful and have alot of knowledge of injuries, and how to work your body to help fix these issues. BRIAN, MADDI, AMBRIA, HEIDI, ALLEN, & AARON(the student) were all amazing people. They all have great energy and awesome Vibes! Highly recommend this place!
