Employees are rude. I was waiting at checkout and a worker pushing a bin just bumped past me and didn't say excuse me or apologize. She did it again and ran over my foot and still ignored me. She looked miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there. I also noticed that the other employees and cashiers hardly acknowledged me when asking for assistance… terrible customer service.

I found some really cool shirts, that's what I like about Marshalls and TJ Maxx and other stores like them, is sometimes a new batch comes in and it's something you haven't seen yet. It's great!

Lots of great stuff there. Some things are priced really well! I like that you can get almost anything there; clothes, snacks, some furniture, whatever! I have to go in with a proper so I don't walk out buying everything ?

This store was huge and had many options for nearly everything! I like to think Marshall's is a more expensive version of Ross. However, while I was impressed by their quantity of items, the store was a little messy and unorganized. I understand customers are vein of these stores existence, but with as much staff as there was available, maybe a few could have been placed on stocking/organizing.
Otherwise, my boyfriend and I came in for robes, but we're disappointed when the selection for this particular item was small, and inadequate. We are seeking a robe that touches or falls beyond the knees. At Marshall's, a robe covers the abdomen, and that's about it. Now, do not be mistaken, the same can be said for Ross, (regarding robes).
All in all, I think we will search online for a sufficient robe. Butttt, thank you for being available Marshall's! ?
