Mariano & Co Just finished Phase I of our renovation. They removed all tile and carpet, replacing it with tile flooring throughout. They helped us select a tile that was in budget, but looks fabulous. Then they replaced all baseboards and painted the house. The workers showed up when they committed and cleaned up at the end of each day. We got an evening email letting us know what to expect the next day. Lucien responded immediately if I had a question. They finished ahead of schedule which allowed us to plan our move in date. We are now on to Phase II and III which will be kitchen and bathrooms.

I am currently midway through my first floor renovation and am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and quality of work provided by Mariano and Co. The design process with Lauren was so enjoyable and I never once felt pressured or rushed. Lucien has been incredible with communication and even went above and beyond to accommodate my move in schedule that changed last minute. The crew that showed up at my home have all been kind, respectful and I’ve felt so comfortable having them in my home. And they’re so great with my three dogs which always helps :) I cannot recommend this company enough and am already looking forward to my next project with them.

I had Mariano & Company renovate my kitchen as well as replacing the floors and painting the living areas. The project was completed the first week of January/2025. I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen/floors/paint/lighting!!! I gave them 5 stars because they met my criteria of Trust/Communication/Quality/Professional! I could not be happier with my experience. One of my family members had a horrible experience with their kitchen remodel so I was hesitant to start a large project. It is a stressful endeavor because of the $$ and time/disruption (I lived in the home with my 3 children and dog). From the first meeting with Lucien to the last walk-thru with Lucien and Lauren I was at ease. The entire project team were professional, nice, respectful and took pride in their work. Thank you to Efrain, Steve, Fransico (great job on the backsplash), Rob (he did a great job managing the project and giving me suggestions), the floor crew, fabricators and painters. A special thank you to Anthony (awesome job on my beautiful arch) and Richard (thank you for building my baking storage) who answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with their work. Lucien kept me up to date every evening on what was scheduled for the next day. He also answered any question I had. Last but not least is my designer, Lauren. I had an idea on what I wanted but did not know how to bring it all together. Lauren assisted me on every step of the way. I told Lucien from the beginning I did not want to be rushed on making decisions and I never felt rushed. Lauren pulled it all together with her suggestions and I now have a beautiful kitchen. We had to pivot from my first choice for flooring (for budgetary reasons) and Lauren gave me great alternatives and I love my floors. Lauren and Lucien were genuinely happy for me having my new kitchen and that meant a lot. I definitely recommend Mariano & Company for your renovation needs.

Mariano & Co did a complete remodel on our guest bathroom, moved a door, and turned it into an ensuite. We were completely happy with both the process and the results. Lauren was so helpful with the design and I really enjoyed working with her. Lucien was in touch at least once every work day, letting me know what would be happening the next day and answering any questions I had. Everyone who worked on the project, whether during demolition or during reconstruction, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We definitely recommend Mariano & Co for anyone's construction needs.

The experience is wow. Wow. This was our first major renovation, doing the entire upstairs including 3 baths. We’ve heard all the stories about really negative experiences so we were dreading the renovation. Our experience couldn’t have been more opposite of the stories we had heard. The entire Mariano team is outstanding and the process is as easy as it can be. Our designer (Michelle) at Mariano is awesome. She guided us to get a little out of our comfort zone on design and we LOVE the finished product. Proof is in the pudding…we signed in phase 2 for the entire downstairs and demo is staring now. Go with Mariano…you’ll be blown away.

Do not work with them! Not reliable, sent very vague invoices and when tried to talk to owner, he was extremely rude and not helpful. Refused to give us detailed invoices. That’s because he knew exactly what he was doing.

We are elated with the outcome of our 2400 Sq. Ft home remodel that reflects our vision and wishes. Our experience from design to the final project was superb. Mariano’s team was on track, detail oriented, trustworthy, and committed to excellent work from start to finish. Every evening, we received emails stating the start time, name of employee (s), and scope of work to be completed for the following day. There were never any unknowns. We want to thank the entire Mariano team, especially Lucien keeping us informed on the day-to-day operation, Rob managing the teams, and we can’t forget Richard. His eye for detail and craftsmanship left us with a home far beyond our expectations. Mariano’s moto is “Your Contractor for Life” this is very true for our family!

Wow - I couldn't be happier with my bathroom remodel from Mariano's & Co! They did an amazing job converting my old guest bathroom tub into a gorgeous new shower. Plus, they installed new vanities in our master bedroom that look fantastic.
Mike, who coordinated everything, was just awesome to work with. He kept us in the loop and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The whole crew - Rob, Richard, John, and Anthony - were incredible. These guys really know their stuff and it shows in their work.
The whole process was actually way less stressful than I expected. The team showed up on time, kept the work area clean, and were super respectful of our home. They clearly take pride in their work and it makes such a difference.
The end result is exactly what we wanted - actually, even better! Our new shower looks modern and works great, and the vanities have totally transformed our master bedroom.
If you're thinking about any home renovations, definitely check out Mariano's & Co. Great work, great people, and they really deliver on their promises. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Words can hardly express how grateful we are to have done business with Mariano & Co. If you’ve had a bad remodel or renovation experience or are just overwhelmed at the thought of your next big project, consider working with Mariano. We completed a 3/4 home remodel and could not be happier with the results. You’ll be in good hands as pretty much everyone on the team works for Mariano. The only subcontracted work was for floors (tile and carpet) and a late addition swap out of a sliding glass door. Everyone else you work with is a Mariano employee, and they are fully invested in making sure your project is done right and that you are 100% satisfied with the results. The project is scheduled from start to finish, and every evening you will be notified who is coming the next day, when they’ll be there, and what they will be working on. The peace of mind of knowing everything is taken care of for you cannot be overstated. We had very few hiccups along the way and the project was completed pretty much on schedule.
The design team was fantastic. We worked specifically with Michelle, and she is awesome! When they tell you the design phase will take six weeks, believe it! It’s true. We went through many iterations of the design and worked hand in hand with Michelle to choose all the fixtures, lighting, paint, tile, countertops, you name it. Every aspect of the design is critical and the Mariano team can help you pull it all together for an amazing finished product.
Lucien was our project manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him. #1, just an awesome human being. Everything we discussed with Lucien from our first introduction to the Mariano team all the way through the close of the project was 100% honest and accurate. Mariano wants to earn your business for life, not just make a quick buck. We had such a great time working with Lucien. He helped us a great deal with our decision making, explained anything along the way that needed explanation, and made us feel like a partner in the process, not just another customer.
I could go on and on, but I think by now you get the picture. Mariano & Co. is the real deal and should be high on your list of contractors to consider for your next home improvement project. Big or small, they can do it all. We are so pleased with our remodel, and would recommend Mariano & Co. to you without reservation. They really are a 5-star team!

We just completed a full home remodel with Mariano and Co. And we could not be more thrilled with our “new“ house. From the very beginning of design to the final punch list, the attention to detail is exceptional. Communication with Lucien and Michelle was always prompt and getting daily updates of what and who to expect the following day are very helpful when living in the house during a full renovation. The employees on the jobsite were always professional and never tired of the many questions we asked. It is rare that a contractor is so committed to excellence that they address issues that we as the homeowners didn’t even notice. 5 stars are not enough and Mariano and Co. Is definitely our contractor for life.

Mariano & Co. did a complete remodel of our home in Chandler! They are just finishing it up and we could not be more happy with the outcome! We felt like we were going to have a 5 Star Experience with the Mariano & Co Team from the first meeting we had with them at their beautiful showroom! We have felt like we had a partner and an advocate from the beginning of the remodel to the end! We were kept informed on a daily basis of the schedule and sent pictures of the progress!
