This is the worst agent I’ve ever dealt with with State Farm been with him for 35 years and in two different states never received any follow up nothing to increase coverages or anything for my house or my cars shopped around saved $100 a month switching to a different company with the same coverage canceled it a one weekend of the renewal of paying $200 and got $31 back go somewhere else do not use this agent you’re out there on your own you’re just paying bills and they’re collecting their commissionsI just read your response I have not been with you 15 years I’ve been with you possibly six so that’s not correct. I’ve called your office multiple times and I think I’ve received a return call to my questions maybe half the time the rest the time I give up and call corporate I would’ve gotten out of your office three or four years ago but I’m to be honest just too lazy to look for another insurance company, so no it hasn’t been 15 years. It’s been about six and I have never received any correspondence from your company in advance to raise my policy to check to make sure my coverage is OK if I need to add anything additional which I’ve gotten from every other State Farm agent since I’ve had you guys or state farm since I was 25 and I’m 62 now so no the grass will be greener and if it’s not a water it have a great day

Carrie Miller is very friendly, nice, and accommodating in the East Mesa Power and Southern office. As I like to stick with the same person, I always ask for her when I call. She returns my calls and emails. I have State Farm for my home in RI and all three of my vehicles. I'm happy to stay with them. They offer multi-car/home insurance discounts. They have excellent follow-through. I'm shipping my Honda from AZ to RI and will be switching my State Farm coverage from state-to-state. I'd highly recommend State farm to anyone seeking home, auto, or both, insurance coverage

I can't say enough good things about Marge and her entire team! We have had our home, auto, etc policies through State Farm and this office for over 35 years. Always professional and prompt to reply. Customer service is excellent which is hard to find in today's world.

I handled my fiance account thru State Farm at this location. I have always been greeted respectfully, promptly by Stephanie! Months later, I decided to change Insurance Companies after being with the same for well over 15 years! While change can be difficult, Margo Black Office, Stephanie made it a breeze!
I questioned why I didn't do this sooner! Aside from the simplicity, the rates are affordable & I don't feel as though I'm making several car payments on insurance alone! May I note, during the handling of my fiance account, we've had to temp stop/ then add insurance etc .. multiple times, with unexpected car issues! Then with the recent pandemic, less to no driving we were again able to adjust our policie(s) with such ease, literally like a light switch! No fees, no more added stress! If your considering changing, take it from me who hates change! Just make that call & see what they have to offer, it's worth it!
