I had a terrible experience working with Lucey Accounting. I initially contacted them to file my taxes, and they assured me everything would be completed by a certain date. That never happened and was no communication until I reached out a couple of times for an update.
The person handling my taxes also made multiple errors. Put me as single instead of head of household which would have cost me hundreds of dollars. I know nothing about taxes as I am from another country and even I knew that it was initially filed wrong. A few months later I recieve a letter in the mail from the AZDR with late fees because 1- They never recieved the ammended return and 2- The money was never taken out of my bank account in the first place for the state amount. Only the Federal.
I contacted Vanessa and she wanted me to fix it and call the state and get it figured out. I mentioned to her that I know nothing of taxes and dont understand the lingo and that is why I hired her. She resent the ammended return and I decided to pay the late fees to avoid any future issues. I have sent her emails asking for proof or a tracking number of the resent files and it has been a few months and still have not recieved anything.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable tax services. They lack professionalism and communication, and their mistakes cost me both time and money.

Vanessa is excellent when it comes to taxes and service. She's helped me several times in the past on very short notice. She is extremely knowledgeable and a great tax specialist to know. I highly recommend her.

Lucey accounting services provides professional and timely services no matter what needs to be done. They are very detail oriented and take the time to understand your needs and requests. They are very timely on tax filing any exceptions that need to be made and give you personalized service that goes beyond any other accounting firm with which I have worked. I highly recommend Lucey accounting services, especially to business owners who rely on someone like their services to run their business successfully, they are very easy to work with and provide stellar service. I highly recommend them and have been with them for nine years. Great job especially to Vanessa Lucey the owner!

Love Vanessa and her business. Because she is more than business. She treats you like a friend and not a transaction.
