I have never dealt with a company so screwed up! They app sucks, My Lowes account sucks, they send a confirmation about an order and I got a whoops, something went wrong! Ask ajent on line to change my address, first she couldn’t speak English, they she said she couldn’t fix it wits order number! If I ordered something it would ship to the old address! So I’m going to Home Depot! End of story!

Bought a mop today and got it home to put together open the bottle of cleaner to put in it and it was empty! Someone switched it out and I hate thieves! The staff while shopping was amazing and friendly spot on helpful and you didn't have to go looking for them!

Came here about 4 minutes before close (third trip here today) because the person in the plumbing dept helped me get the WRONG part for the 2nd time today. Tried to explain it to the red coat when I walked up but he gave me throat cut hands symbol and said we’re closed. I said Bro I just need one part for my shower. I have no water to my home because my shower is taken all apart. He and the first guy that denied me coming in said sorry come back tomorrow. So now I’m going home all sweaty and nasty from tearing my shower apart and trying to install the WRONG part that they told me was the correct one (for the second time) .
This isn’t the first time they’ve gone out of their way to make the customer’s priority non existent with my wife and I. They did the same thing when we tried buying a ring security system. Told us they had none because they didn’t feel like looking in the back. I am a store manager for a big box store and would not let this type of laziness and lack of integrity exist. Then again when their red coat/manager is treating customers like trash, why wouldn’t they follow suit??? Horrible horrible horrible customer service.
I’ll be getting a refund on all this WRONG junk they had me buy and will not be using this Lowe’s again. Time to reactivate my Home Depot Credit Card and cancel Lowe’s. Home depot is at least making an effort to improve customer service. If I could give zero stars I would…..

No customer service, NONE!!! If you need help, you have to hunt someone down, layout doesn't make sense, no one mans the paint counter. Lowe's must have been created by the dumber brother. Staying with orange!

On a weekend and they only have 4 self check out lanes open with one employee to help. This is ridiculous what happen to having cashiers? And if I gotta do they're job why are the price's not dropped since you have no employee to pay??? Won't be coming back here!

Do not trust the appliance department salesman. We ordered a dishwasher, and were told it would be 10 to 14 days for delivery. When I called and spoke with the manager I was told it would be another 14 days until delivery and install. We were lied to by the salesman, and the manager Nic is not helpful.

I come to this store often. Today, I tried using the Lowe’s credit card for the first time and it was a challenge because I didn’t physically have the card - it was like jumping through hoops. I was lucky enough to have Luke in customer service to assist me. His professional, calm demeanor, and problem solving skills didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Luke for the great customer service. Lowe’s please make the process easier to use the Lowe’ card when a customer doesn’t have it in their possession.

Great big store with almost all the parts i needed. I needed rv parts so was just a shot in the dark. Helpful people and nice wide rows. The store is dog friendly and no one gave me trouble for being my large dog in the store. Check out was fast and easy. Parking is free and lots of it

Needed help from a plumbing expert & the first store employee refused to stop what he was doing
to assist. He only told us the aisle number. Finally found an expert willing to help & he was awesome. The only reason we went to Lowes was they usually offer expert advice. Very disappointed in the first associate experience.
