Trust me. Do. Not. Book. Them. I was not made aware of the $160 trip fee when I booked. It is absolutely insane to charge someone $160 for movers to show up at your house. The job was simply to move my items from the apartment to a Uhal that we rented. The way the invoice is set up, it tricks you into thinking the deposit is for 1 hour of work when in reality it is just for them to show up. One of the movers was also out of shape -he said so himself- so the hustle was non existent. For a company that charges $160 per hour, I expect the movers to try to move quickly. I used this company 3 years ago when Mr. Buff worked there and his service was top notch but he no longer works there. I would not recommend. There are much cheaper options that would likely give better service.

They arrived on time and were able to get the items moved within the time frame I had requested. However, I found that they had chipped off some of the items and they were dishonest about it when I had asked them. I wouldn't use them to move any fragile items.

This was by far the WORST Move EVER! @$249/deposit & $249/hr for 4 men ,2 trucks for a condo & garage it took 6 hrs & MANY BROKEN ITEMS, including a ExtremelyHeavy & ExtremelyExpensiveTable base, & the Rest just ALL "THROWN" in New Garage! Not stacked or organized THROWN!!
Owner is Rude, Condescending, & Impossible to Deal with!!

We were very happy with the move, the movers seemed to care about our belongings and were fast. We had a move that included 2 stops and they were happy to help with anything we needed done. The final bill was also right about what was estimated. We would use them again.

I have hired low budget movers to move locally, most unprofessional movers with full of attitude. They just pass time to bill more hours, broke my furniture and denied. I would never hire or recommend these guys.

We hired this company and two careless men moved our furniture into a storage facility and scratched our furniture up badly. I complained to the company and they sent out a man who put some sticky stuff on it to fix the scratches . Washed right off. They also stole an expensive ring and bracelet, and an Elvis coin purse. Missing an album too. The two other men that moved us into our house were very nice. From the same company. Nothing missing.

Do not use this moving company!! I initially thought the movers did an ok job until I went back to the house I moved out of, which belongs to my parents, and saw all of the damage. One mover put a hole in the master bedroom door when carelessly moving a desk. He told me about that damage because I heard it happen. All of the other damage was never reported to me: chips out of plaster and paint in the hallway, tore the corner off the window frame in the front of the house and screwed the pieces back together, damaged several planks in the front porch flooring, damage to the front door frame, and bend the screen on the front window. In addition, one of the movers spent half of the time trying to talk to me and even asked me out on a date. Very unprofessional all the way around. I reported it to the company but they never responded. Don't hire these movers if you want a moving company who cares about your property.

A very competent staff, willing to work out the details, and the crew was outstanding. I couldn't be happier with Angel and Javon, who were of time, and careful with everything! Our movers, Lorenzo and Richard (Rico), were amazing! They were really friendly and took great care with my furniture. I would definitely want these 2 guys to help me in the future if ever needed. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!!
