I contacted them through their website; each stylist has their cell number with their picture and it says something like "Please contact me via text or phone and I'll get right back to you."... I texted over three weeks ago and have NOT received any reply!!

There’s an older lady there that will always answer the phone because she doesn’t have clients. It makes it so that I can’t get a haircut from anyone else. When I ask to set an appointment with someone else, she will lie and say no one else is available. She only accepts Venmo and won’t even let you pay with a card at the studio. I had my haircut by her once and it was not a good experience and my hair wasn’t done right and she overcharged me so much. That’s why no one gets their hair cut by her and she always has enough time to answer the phone. Now everytime I call for someone it’s always her answering the phone and she always says she is the only person that can schedule me for a haircut and everyone else is booked. She just wants me to book the appt with her,She’s taking business away from the other stylists because she can’t get her own clients

I had been going to Ginette for two years for cut and style, and her behavior has changed. I spend almost 90 minutes getting there on the train from Central Phoenix. She displays an obsessive personality. She may not be like this with all of her clients, but she is with me. She has gotten to resent my coloring my hair from my natural gray and I had gotten sick to death of it. Another thing, she is also age obsessed. She told me her age and demanded that I tell her mine. I told her it is not something I discuss. She then called me 'old', which I bitterly resent. I will no longer go to that salon. Why couldn't she cut my hair and shut up!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
