Farmers Insurance had mentioned that they are a preferred company and for a 3 day job that took 5 days and still need to be cleaned up and I have to do this myself the people in office did a great job and my car looks pretty good but if they can't do it in the time they tell you they should take your vehicle to repair it only reason is because Farmers Insurance was paying for it because of their bad drivers damage my car next time I just get a check from the insurance company and find someone who can get the job done in the time it should be finished not whenever there parts people want to finish the work on time costing me time and money to have to deal with them afterwards because they have you talk to someone in a different state today all i know is that until they hire someone who can run the shop and get it done on time I will go elsewhere for any more collision jobs Larry Miller is a preferred customer service provider today for farmers Insurance and costs them more money to and time

Terrible Experience.Had a minor fender bender on passenger door and needed to get it fixed on my F-150. Since I bought it at Larry Miller Ford I figured their collision department would be a good place to go. Took it in for an estimate. Very good tech took notes and photos and followed up with my insurance company so everything was good. Quoted about a week for the repair. I had a week open while I as out of town and no rental car insurance so used that week to get it done. Dropped off the Friday before. No word so I called on that Thursday so see if it would be ready the next Monday when I got back. Jesus (new guy to me) told me that they found extra damage and it would be 2 weeks. At the end of the second week they told me that the first part that came in was wrong so they had to reorder the part again. So the simple 1 week repair turned into almost 3 weeks. The repair was on the passenger door. Everything looked good but after about 2 weeks I had to fold in the outside mirror to get it into my garage (manual operation - not electronic). There was a crack and a plastic piece fell out of the mirror. The mirror is still attached but not solidly. I took it back to Jesus and he tried to tell me that although they did have to remove and replace the mirror during the door repair, it must've been done after the repair and he tried to show me a scratch on the mirror that indicates it was in a parking lot somewhere. The mirror works okay but it is definitely something that happened during the repair. He did offer to create a new insurance claim but that would've meant paying another $500 deductible.So poor communication and poor service. Stay away from them.

My Ford F350 is getting repaired from a wreck earlier year. Friendly staff Rick is my service rep and Karen is the front receptionist and the voice you will hear when you call there. I also met Josh in the body shop who is working on my truck. Everyone is doing their best to have a great ending to a unfortunate situation.

Absolutely terrible communication and the work was poor. Paint doesn't match even though the truck was only 2 years old and had no fading and it's Ford white paint! they broke my window regulator when they had the door apart. I received the truck back and rolled down the window and it wouldn't go back up. They claimed the regulator just happened to go out at that moment and had nothing to do with their work. Truck was only 2 years old when work was done and never had a problem with the window before the work, They offered to fix for cost but I would rather take it somewhere else and pay full price then return to this place. They didn't seem too interested in helping me after they were paid.Services: Painting
