Omg what a fiasco! Took my wife here for blood tests before a surgery. Told the receptionist the order should've been faxed in. She told us their fax had been down for a MONTH! Then after three trips to the reception desk to figure out how to get the orders through someone finally says we can email the orders in. Why not make that option available in the beginning!? What should've taken twenty minutes at most was drug out to almost two hours!!!

I take care of an elderly lady and she needed to stool test done. We called ahead asked questions as to what needed to be done. We got the sample done and brought them back. Then was told I needed to write her name on all the samples or we weren’t guarantee the test back. So… I had to stand in lobby labeling all of the bottle of the stool samples. They were all discreet about giving us the empty bottles and give you a bag so no one see what is being handed over the desk, but I had to stand in a crowded lobby handling someone stool samples. Also, the lady at the front desk was making things worse by over exaggerating. She me not to slam the samples on her desk, (like she wanted to pick a fight), when I placed it back on her desk.

Went there today after a telehealth visit with my medical provider. Was on the phone with my provider when she got confirmation the faxed order was received. Got to the lab, signed in at the kiosk and waited 45 minutes with only 2 people being called to the receptionist desk. Since I just needed a specimen container and needed to drop off the specimen later, I went to the desk. Receptionist was very nice, but told me that unless I came in with a hard copy of the order, they couldn't help...because their fax has not been working FOR 30 DAYS! She did call my provider and got them to fax the order to the Lab Corp on Greenfield Rd, but seriously, a business whose business model requires you to fax orders and does not allow emails because they are not secure...and they have a broken fax machine for 30 days?? Gave them a 2 because the receptionist was helpful but the office management that allowed this to happen should be fired.

Im beyond annoyed with this place I left a little sample the first time and the lady inside told me to drink more water and come back when i have to pee. I told her I have to pee already she told me now there’s five people in front of you so now you have to wait like what sense does that make next time I will be going to another place way to busy and I’m annoyed they only have one person working here to collect the samples

Waiting over an hour to do a piss test only to be told they don't do them until after 9am. The lady at the counter should have told me that at 7am. This company sucks with the way they do testing- Concentra is much better

If I could leave a zero start rating I would, these people schedule us for an appointment and when we get there they tell us they are no longer doing drug tests, this is the second time they schedule us in and they are in able to preform the drug test now I might not even get the job i was doing the drug test for the the lab manager Holly Polley is extremely unhelpful and bit a of a female dog, she was rude to me even tho this is he second time they messed up, and the second time I’ve had to take time off work, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this lab filled with unhelpful, rude, and incompetent employees

The front staff and process were really good. Friendly and really good. The lady that takes your piss test,,needs to lighten up, on 5 minute time scale, I get it . Drink lots of water before you go, and be ready.

I've been here for 2 hrs waiting to retake my urine test. Been here anyone else for here. Was told to tell the front when I'm ready to retake it I did and am still here while they call everyone who just came in name. Do better

Self check in was user friendly. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. Keep up the great work.
