PARENTS BEWARE!!!! Your child will not be safe at this daycare center!!! My granddaughter started daycare at this location on a Monday, by Thursday she was sick and injured (a deep scratch on her chin). The incident report stated "she woke up like that." I didn't know kids woke up with deep scratches. I spoke with the director who wasn't aware of the situation so she had the assistant director call me. The assistant was supposed to speak with the teachers to get the details in regards to the injury. The assistant director was also supposed to call me back the next day with detailed information about the incident but that was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anybody. This center needs to be shut down!!!

Dont take your kids here. There was a situation where the director (Brianna) called me on speaker phone with my ex-wife and my KIDS PRESENT to accuse me of lying. Totally unprofessional and immature, I cannot believe the higher-ups put this girl in charge of a daycare facility. Reading other reviews I'm not alone in people who have had bad experiences with her.

Horrible place my 3 month old was injured and the teacher wasn't apologic or sympathetic! She left my daughter unattended on an activity mat on the floor while she changed a child's diaper. That's when another child was able to scratch her in the face in 2 different places! The incident report did indicate blood was exposed however, the teacher only wiped the area with a wet cloth? I reported my concern with the director about the abilities of the teacher expressed concern that proper protocol wasn't followed. After investigation I was told the concerns are a training opportunity. I disagree because you can't train someone to have emotions and common sense either they have it or they don't. Also not following protocol when injuries occur should be grounds for termination!!

I love the infant teachers(BARB)!! And Ms Mona shes great!!!The front lady in the morning is very rude. My older kids say they yell them all day in school age and the biggest issue is the inconsistency in teachers.

First I am going to start with something that shouldn't even be an issue, the director. She was extremely unfriendly. I was rarely greeted (let alone with a smile) when I walked into the lobby. There were numerous times she didn't even lift her head up from whatever she was working on to say hi. Pretty rude and not to mention a lack of security! That's not being diligent at all. A key pad code is great and all, but an observant face is even better!Secondly, the staff is ever revolving. On any given day there could be 2-4 different staff workers in the room when I dropped off then when I picked up my child. How do you develop a sense of safety when there is rarely the same person watching you? It's a bummer to think that these children don't have a consistent and familiar face to go to all day. The high turn around is an internal issue not a typical day care issue. I've been to day care centers with employee who have worked there for years.Lastly, and the major reason I am writing this review is because it's been 3 weeks since I withdrew my child from the center and I STILL haven't received a refund for the week I prepaid. I haven't even received a SINGLE call from them. I had to call them every time to figure out if they were going to do what they said they would do. Give me a refund. Don't you think 3 weeks is a long time to wonder where your money is? It's hundreds of dollars of your hard earned money they essentially don't give a crap if you ever see it or not. I realize a timely refund may not be the sole issue from this location and more of a corporate problem, but a little bit of communication from the director with a status update would be nice. Or am I expecting too much?On a positive note, Jennifer, the Assistant Director, was awesome. She really shows you that she enjoys her job. She is great to have as the first face you see when you enter the lobby. There were a few other staff workers who I liked, but I couldn't remember their names. They keep the classrooms clean and organized and always have an interactive activity going on when I entered the room. Aside from the negative attitude I got from the director and the not getting an answer about my refund, it's a decent place...

Amy and Kathy are always very kind and allow me to talk with my daughter whenever I call to chat with her. They go out of their way to bring her to the phone so that I can enjoy some special time with her throughout our day.Thank you SO much, Amy and Kathy!! :)

We began taking Olliver to this location about 6 months ago. He loves it! He is happy, interactive and learning all kinds of wonderful things. He seemed depressed at the previous day care (not a La Petite) he was going to, as did all the other children there. La Petite is clean, happy and the teachers are so caring and loving. Olliver's mama was a Petie when she was young too and we're so happy to have a 2nd generation back at La Petite!Thank you all for going the extra mile for the children!Holly, Natalie and Olliver
