Martín was so helpful and great when we went into the shop. Nothing but great things to say about him and the shop itself. He was so helpful with answering all our questions and very patient. He took his time to make sure we were happy walking out of the store. Would recommend this shop to anyone for all your events… can’t wait to give them more business in the future.

First timer. Got a rental for a quinceanera for my son. Customer service was better than what I imagined. Fitting was perfect. Definitely going back for my wedding...and they have size 5 heels!!

We had the best experience here! As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendly happy smiles from all the employees! They helped us from start to finish. We were looking for a specific brand of Quinceañera dress that we couldn't find anywhere in Phoenix, we finally found it here. They took the time to explain everything and made suggestions. We ended up buying the dress and tiara! Thank you for the great experience!

La Casita Fashion of Mesa, Arizona has gone above and beyond with their professional services! We had ordered and paid Oh La La for a quince dress we never received. This left us without a quince ball gown and very little time before the big day.Martin stepped up finding my granddaughter’s perfect ball gown, it fits like it was designed just for the her. Don't go here worst customer serviceNo help so had to look for a dress. Asked to try it on dress. Then the thing the lady said was like I need to Zip the dress up. I was like okay. So I went outside she wasn't their my daughter was going to zip it up and she was like no I'll do it. I was so uncomfortable because their was a boy and lady you could see my underwear. The worst was she yelled and said it doesn't fit you I can't zip it up you need an xl. She was so rude and didn't even offer to try another dress. Then we went to see the heels that my daughter like for her xv. She tried te display and it fit her so we wanted to make sure if the 6 1/2 also fit she can out all rude and I was like no the 6 fits. As I told my daughter not the lady. The lady was like well we don't have a size 6. I was like what about the display. Well it's just display. ?♀️. I asked do you have in gold she said all that you is is what we have. They lost a customer. Seriously worst place.

I got my quinceanera dress there and they measured me so wrong. The dress obviously to big on me and they didn't say anything. My cousin also got a dama dress here and the size was AGAIN wrong it was too big and the didn't want to taylor it or let her return it.

Excellent customer service and patience. The dress we ordered wasn’t going to be here on time for pictures. Patricia arranged with the designer to get 3 dresses from which to choose so we could keep to the schedule. Fortunately for my daughter, the dress arrived on time. I was more than grateful and impressed with Patricia’s tenacity in ensuring the situation would be taken care of. Definitely 5 stars!
