Took my mom for a pedicure after 2 hip/leg surgeries and Tony was amazing with her and her needs. I also appreciated the chair massage as her caregiver. Will definitely return! Thank you, Tony!

Has had great experience each time at the nails salon. Tony and his wife do not discriminate as some of the other salons do especially when you are minority. Everyone is treated equally and given same great experience.

Katie and Tony are very nice and do a great job. Especially this last time Tony did them and made my acrylics thinner and more shapely I especially liked them this time. Katie gave me a new set prior to this one and I didn't have much nail bed to work with (nail biter) so she had a challenge and did great. I'd use either one of them.

I have been coming here for years! Tony & Katie run a very clean shop and both do a beautiful job. I am very fussy and Tony is the only man I allow to do my Gel Manicure and pedicures. I appreciate the time he takes to make sure I am very happy when I leave. Thank you Tony and Katie for providing a great service at reasonable prices!

-5 , HUGE Warning DO NOT GO TO this place. I thought I would try a new nail salon closer to me but was shocked in a very bad and negative way at my experience. It's been awhile since My visit but decided to write to worn others of my Horrible Experience. Any time I get a pedicure From someone new, which isn't very often at all, I always let the Tech know Before hand that I have a Very tender area on my foot that feels like a broken bone just below a couple of my middle toes. I will ask them to just be extra careful and they always comply and are extra careful in that area. I had a different experience at this nail salon. I'll just tell you that I have since had to return back to my foot dr Because this owner of this salon re injured my foot pretty badly. It's been just about a year now since I was at this salon and I am still returning back for my podiatrist Trying to help my foot get back to where I was before entering in this terrible salon. This pedicure has been the most expensive pedicure I have ever received. Fair warning to anyone who goes to this place. Not really sure what happened. But in my perspective, the owner Who is working on my pedicure had asked me to keep my foot flat while he was working on my toes, and of course I had my foot flat where he place it. I was talking to the gal next to me And really truly thought that my foot was flat as I was Having a nice conversation with The person next to me also getting her Toes done but by the owner's wife..... next thing I know he quickly shouted out something and grabbed the middle of my foot(my exact tender area) and shoved my foot down pinching my foot between his thumb and other fingers clinched into his grasp. I about jumped out of my massage chair with Excruciating pain. I screamed out embarrassingly with tears coming down my cheeks in horrific pain. I truly was shocked at what he had just done and knew He had re-broken/injured my foot. I was a bit flabber gasted and didn't want to stay, but he was in the middle of my pedicure and really didn't know what to do. I was in a bit of shock. With tears rolling down my cheeks I again reminded him Of myVery tender area and told him that It felt like he had re-injured my foot. He did not apologize but did seem a bit embarrassed But basically blamed me for what HE had just done to my foot. I should have got up and left at that point, but he was in the middle of my pedicure and Didn't want to make more of a scene, so i Decided to stay, which looking back, I should have Definitely left. However, I knew At that moment that I would never be back. I have NEVER been treated Like this at any salon. I feel i am a polite, happy and talkative person, not only to the techs but also to the people around me. I was not treated well at all. The gentleman owner was very disrespectful, and on top of that did NOT do a good job on my toes AT ALL. FAIR WARNING-I would never step foot into Kool nails. I would stay far FAR FAR away. This has been by far the most expensive pedicure ever. I should have sent him all of my Podiatrist bills. I still have to go to my podiatrist about every other month for injections.And have x rays to prove my injuries From that day in that salon. Horrible man and Worst experience ever.

Today was my 2nd dip manicure here- I cannot say enough good things! Katie and Tony both are very welcoming, their attention to detail is amazing, and hands down the best manicures I have had in such a long time (gentle, thorough, and very even dip). My first manicure lasted FOUR WEEKS with no chipping- and I am so rough on my nails without meaning to be. Will not being going anywhere else from this point forward!
