I can believe that alot of products do not have price tags or labels on them or on the shelfs. Spent 20 minutes walking around the store looking for someone to help me get a price for the product I was going g to purchase. Pretty frustrating.

No signage for Amazon returns. No employees to direct you. Spent over 30 minutes waiting in line to be told it was the wrong line. Employee argued with me when I suggested better signage. Will not go to any Kohls for a very long time.

Great customer service assistance in returning Amazon items at the customer return desk. The employee was knowledgeable, helpful, and very informative. She was very professional & impressive in moving her line along in a very timely manner and multi-tasking.

Reach out to customer service which I stated I already have twice”My boyfriend bought me a Xmas gift card. I went to use it and there’s a zero balance. People on the Phone are no help and basically told me that it was used on December 27 two different transactions one was $85 one was $55 and there’s no balance left which doesn’t make sense because it was for $150. They said they don’t guarantee their gift cards. We filed a complaint with our credit card company and the attorney generals office. Maybe then they will listen to me. I’m a long time customer and not going to continue to be.
