Worst customer service ever. When I walked in an employee just walked by and didn't greet me or ask if I was looking for something in particular. I didn't think much of it, maybe she was busy doing inventory. After walking around and shopping for a bit, I noticed she was talking to a group of ladies who had just walked into the store like if they knew each other. That's when I knew I should elsewhere. I put my cart full of items back and walked out immediately, she didn't even say anything then. Don't recommend coming to this location ever again, as I've read before it may be the same little lady who everyone seems to have had an interaction with before. Someone get this lady out of this store for good, and I don't mean a different location I mean firing her. If you feel some type of way helping customers maybe you shouldn't be in this type of job.

The lady with the shorter blonde hair is always so nice and friendly when I go in she’s usually always the first to greet you.

Don't waste your time or money here. Had the exact same experience as Kaya & Matus; hopefully it's the same rude employee instead of them employing multiple rude employees. Wasn't greeted, was met with annoyance and a rude attitude when kindly asking for assistance. Set my items down and left. Will NEVER go back to the Val Vista location. I will 100% go out of my way to the San Tan Village location. Much better layout, wider selection, exceptional customer service. Lisa & Bob went above and beyond as soon as I stepped foot into their store. They didn't even know about this unacceptable experience. Go to San Tan Valley.

Had the exact same experience as Kaya did 5 months ago. Betting it was the same woman still working there as of last weekend. Left that location and went to the San Tan Village location where the employees were absolutely wonderful and pleasant. I too will NEVER go back to the Dana Park location. Sad that after 5 months, the employee(s) is still there and treating customers so poorly.

Had a couple items I was going to buy, but after going to check out and being treated so poorly and rudely by the woman who was working there I put my items back and left. This was my first time in here and I was loving it at first but after my experience I will never go back. Terrible customer service.

Rude!! No acknowledgment as I walked the entire store! Associate was talking to a “friend” who must have been visiting her while she was working… she WAS NOT shopping! Talking about how she is trying to attract men. Give me a break! Wouldn’t spend a dime there!

Disappointed in the employees for an overpriced store that seems to be family owned. You would think they would care a bit more about their customers instead of letting one person run the front desk to check people out and not acknowledging a customer. I love supporting family owned businesses but this one isn’t one that I will be purchasing from.
