I came to this dealership and told them I’m a veteran who just transitioned out of the Navy, desperate to find an affordable car. They took advantage of me, and sold me a car that only took 2 months to break down. I’m hurt that they had the audacity to do this to me. I’ve been trying to get by with the money I separated with, but this definitely set me back.

Logan was great to work with. We were looking for a replacement car after an accident and were able to get a fair price given what we'd received from insurance. Bare minimum dealership fees unlike the big dealerships. Thanks for a great experience!

Customer service was great. Came in and test drove, and left shortly after with a car. They were flexible on price, and very easy to work with. Very solid experience overall.

Flew in from San Diego to K&M and it was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They set out to not be your typical car dealer, and they arent! Very much Mom & Pop vibes, very easy to work with. Transaction was easy and smooth. If I'm ever in the market for another vehicle, I'm looking at their inventory first

Disgusting... several lights flash in dash daily when hot.. on both my test drives it did this, KALEB AND LOGAN said its the forward collision camera is too hot.*** The owner, Kaleb & Logan ALL KNEW THERE ARE IN DASH WARNING LIGHTS ON OR FLASHING WHEN THEY SENT ME OUT ON A TEST DRIVE IN EXTREME HEAT (111 july 29, 2023) ... INCREDIBLY UNSAFE TO DRIVE IT***I have turned it off. Every day its hot several lights flash in dash (fcw, ldw, engine, and another looks like slippery road icon, sometimes they stay on, somedays they flash)I have called n called and nothing but neglect.Today i stopped in and the owner told me to leave and told me to take it to the dealer (over n over) *while i have to disconnect battery for over ten minutes to reset the computer (takes computer sometimes several minutes to reset before dash lights come on and engine starts to run rough).110 outside while i do this.With their lies that this is a camera that is too hot and their neglect both before and after i bought it. I would say they know what is wrong and did not want to fix it, selling it to me knowing this is going to be an issue.I suggest the FBI look into why they are taking titles from California to Arizona, then from Arizona to New York, then from New York back to Arizona (looks like title laundering from issues to good non salvage titles etc)DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.THEY NEGLECTED THE AUTO THEY SOLD ME, THEY NEGLECTED ME.They Sell me an auto they knew had issues and will not take responsibility.(Blaming that a camera is too hot!)Again, stay away from sellers like this .. please!

Truly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I recently purchased a Kia from Karsten and Moore and I could not be any happier with the customer service from start to finish.
