went here a while ago and the plain tees were good. came back and all the shirts collars were stretched. not 1 single shirt was good. Also they dont sell pro clubs :(

Worst f****** place ever ! Says there open till 9 online ! Drive 35 min to get there to find out they close at 8 instead of 9 maybe update the times you guys close online you f****** idiots instead of wasting people's times thanks dumbass

I purchased 2 Pro t-shirts for my husband and they were the wrong size at the Superstition Mall location. We went in to exchange for correct size. In several places posted in store it says “Exchange or Store Credit Only” figured there would be no issue. The young girl I’m assuming the mgr told us it was store policy that Pro T-Shirts could not be exchanged or refunded. No where does it state that. She was extremely rude and of no help. When we told her we just purchased yesterday with receipt and just wanted correct size her exact words were “NOT MY PROBLEM and that there are no refunds or exchanges on the Pro shirts “ then the male cashier said we could get store credit and then purchase. The whole experience was amusing and the young girl needs to be more educated on customer service and mannerisms. We will not be back.

I didnt buy anything this time, but it was an exhilarating experience. Me and my siblings enjoyed looking st the clothes that match a multitude of styles. I highly recommend as a special, treat yourself trip to fill up your wardrobe.

Not as good as the ones out of the mall... and workers are not very friendly or helpful... but that's at all of them... if you want the good stuff, check the one on country club!

Most of the women's clothes are pretty tiny. But they are just what I'm looking for. Casual, stretchy, comfortable. Great for the gym and everyday wear.I just wish they would not blast their horrible music so loud. Not everyone that comes in there is 16

Came in with my neice from out of town and daughter. They went to this store last year and was hounded bc apparently shop lifting is bad at this store. Anyways i came in with them this time and sure enough. If its that baf maybe invest in a security guard or tag things or both? Instead of unintentionally treating your valued customers like thiefs before they even get a chance to show you they are willing to pay.

BEWARE!!! I'm so mad right now. Since Covid-19 I understand that all dressing rooms are closed. So I decided to take three pair of the same shorts home to try on, no problem. I took back the the two I didn't want, plus I paid cash. I wore the exact same pair I bought yesterday and returned the two pair that didn't fit. The store manager said that I could only get store credit and not cash back. Use your credit card people since it looks like this clothing store unsent going to make it through COVID-19

I am soooo beyond upset right now. I went to the Superstition Springs location for Black Friday. They have a huge sign saying "40% off store wide" and they have a small list of excluded items. I throughly read the sign. I bought two items and my brother bought one. As we paid I noticed the price was wrong. I mentioned it and the manager came over. She then proceeded to belittle me and tell me I need to learn how to read because It was my fault I couldn't understand the sign and didn't get a discount. She also said "English isn't even my first language and even I can read the sign! You need to learn how to read! Anyone who can read English can understand! It's your responsibility to ask about every item you buy! I can't give you a refund but I can give you $8.50 in store credit." I don't know where she got $8.50 from? I then took a photo of the sign and brought it to her to read herself. I explained how the sign didn't mention anything I had in my bags. She then said "well I didn't make the sign. It's a lot of work to get a refund so I can't do it. I have to call the bank and it's just a long process. She should have rang you up with $8.50 off one of the items." Okay so now we both agree the sign is b******** As we argue people keep coming up to buy stuff and them realizing it's not on sale and leaving. There was almost nothing on sale! It was all a lie. The manger finally agreed to call because I said I wasn't going to leave without my refund. She calls a contact in her phone, I know because I see a contact photo on her screen. Then she has a conversation in another language. Hangs up and tells me "she didn't answer." I asked her who she was calling since she has originally said she was calling the bank. She said she couldn't tell me or give me their number. I asked for her bosses number. She gave me one and luckily I called before I walked away because it was a fake number. I asked for the real one. She gave me a different fake number two more times. Finally said I should just come back tomorrow and they can call again. Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I will NEVER shop here and I will make sure everyone knows about the shady business practices you do here.
