We had two moves and a few months of storage with this company earlier this year. The first move into our new home and storage was great. The moving crew was amazing, efficient, and had no questions about how to assemble or take apart anything. Based on this experience, we would have left a 5 star review.
However, a few months later we used this company again to move into our new home with a different crew.
They insisted on dropping off our storage first, even though we had just completed this same move 3 months prior with the same size truck and crew- so this required an additional trip between moving sites taking more time. They did not know how to take apart our crib nor put it back together once it was apart. This took up a lot of their time as they tried to figure this out, costing us more due to the hourly fee. The member assembling our crib also used our couch cushion as a knee pad and he was dripping in sweat given the heat. The front was left loose and we still had to spend time fixing it ourselves. There were a few items broken, misplaced, left at the previous site. They likely spilled water on our dresser and said it must be condensation even though it was dripping in water. A leg of our bed frame broke off and they duct taped it and put it back under our bed and it just fell off again. A lamp and storage shelf were damaged. The legs to our tv stand were taken off and misplaced (even though we rented a tv moving box from them), so when they left we had our TV just sitting on the floor. These are just a few of the issues.
We know things happen during moves and that items may get damaged in the process. I purchased their “full value protection” insurance knowing this.
One of the main issues I have is that despite purchasing full value protection, I was not offered the full market value of the items I claimed. I claimed damaged items that the mover even claimed fault to during the move, and I was offered about 25% of the value and would not even recoup the amount I spent on the insurance.
After the move, I was called to see how everything went. I shared my experience and the first person I talked to was very apologetic and willing to help by comping the small balance left from the move. A few hours later I received a call from another employee that stated that wasn’t the case, and that I can pay the remaining balance or claim my items with the insurance I had purchased- but not both. The amount offered was less than the value of the damaged items.
The reason for the late review (our move was a few months ago) is that we have been working through the claims process hoping for a good outcome and fair compensation. Also worth noting, if you accept their compensation you are not allowed to write a negative review for the company.
Based on our second moving experience and more importantly how poor experiences/damaged items are handled, I would not use this company.

I had a great experience with JIT Moving, from booking to moving. Juan, Mike B and Delmario were all wonderful! They were on time and super friendly. They stuck with me through 3 stops and were great company, as well. They were worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them!!

Just used this fine company for the 4th time over the past 10 years or so - 2 house moves and 2 office moves. The most recent was in 7/2024 for an office move in central Phoenix. They yet again did a fantastic job. Great communication throughout. They sent out an estimator a couple weeks earlier to assess the area, things to be moved, and to get a sense of needed packing materials. Pricing is fair. The crew was on time, professional, and hard working. All my belongings were moved and large office desks setup without damage or loss. The crew was absolutely great. I have them my highest recommendation and will use again without hesitation. Hard to ask for much more. It's hard to find good movers but my experience with this company has been consistently great, several times, and over many years.

Outstanding service!! The team from the beginning to end are cheerful and very helpful. They made it a much easier transition for a cross country move.

Moving sucks. Just in Time Movers makes it as easy and seamless as possible! Our movers were so polite, understanding, and patient with me during our move experience, and were super friendly to my baby which made it even better!! Highly recommend. Great experience and fair price.

Wow, Just in Time was amazing!! We moved our 10,000 sq ft business where we had collected stuff for over 20 years. They were wonderful from the 1st phone call until the last guy left after over a 10-hr day. The price was the best & they stuck with it - no add on's at the end. All 12 guys were courteous & professional the whole day. Highly recommend!!

They are absolutely phenomenal and I was so impressed, I will be using them for all moves going forward. The entire process from start to finish took 2 hours and they handled everything with such care. And a great price too- less than the estimated quote! I cannot recommend JIT Moving enough!

Amazing service! Every time I use these guys, I remember why I choose them. Junior, Joey, Joseph and Daniel were absolutely wonderful and I would personally ask for them back again if I ever have to move. Above and beyond service and soooo fast.

CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. Not only did they do an amazing job with packing and moving my place, they helped me pack and move my friend who had a medical emergency right after. Their reps were friendly and caring. Their movers were respectful and thoughtful. I plan on using them again in the future and will always refer them to friends and family. Extremely professional, detail oriented and they complete every move methodically. 10/10
