My dad always shopped at JC Penney's for years and I have followed suit with this. Penney's always has great sales throughout the year.This location also has a Sephora makeup store inside of it, so women can get their makeup, jewelry, & clothing all in one outing! Well-stocked store. Saw lots of staff helping customers while I was there, which is good. Clean, organized store.

Love that I have this JCP close by. Store is very clean, ample parking & friendly staff. On the main level there is a full service salon which is what brought me in. I found Beth when I moved out here & she is my go to choice (and a master stylist) for cuts & perms. If you book a salon appt. early on Saturday, you can access the store on the upper level & take the elevator down. Optical & online pickup are also located on the lower level.

Customer service was great and with great deals.Also was offered a credit card which I applied and got and Xtra 35 percent off fwith an additional 10 dollars off for getting the card.

I moved here from NC and finally found the mall. I love the JCP store at Superstition Springs. Employees are helpful. Clean store. If you're lucky to have Jared check you out, he's a very nice young man. I've been checked out by him several times. Usually, I don't remember people at the registers, but he definitely was raised right! Very professional, friendly and helpful. Jan Peterman

We use to come here's lot but high prices have stopped us. Portraits raised all there photo packages by 150$ . Maybe if they invested in an AC for inside the rooms it would be worth it but to pay over 400$ to have sweaty pictures is just a rip off!!!

Me and my family were shopping for last minute christmas gifts and we were in the women's department across from sephora and found an adult bedbug inside a stack of clothes that were already neatly folded. We reported it to 2 sales workers and the just said they were going to dispose of it. They didn't report it to higher ups and made us leave it with them.

We had our newborn pictures done in the studio here at JCPenney. I was blown away by how the staff treated us! Kate our photographer was so understanding of our baby's needs. She helped us get her to calm down and get great pics in between her fussy spells. She was gentle, kind, professional, and so sweet!! I would recommend her to anyone! Thanks for the great pictures we'll treasure forever(:

Wow, I guess customer service isn't necessary here. Showed up for my appointment, I was instantly told that they were running 30 min to an hour behind on a Wednesday afternoon. Then was instructed that they would reschedule me for tomorrow. I replied that that would not work for me. I sat and waited while they made phone calls reminding people about their upcoming appointment. Then I found out that they were waiting on an appointment that was ahead of mine that was late. So instead of waiting on a customer that showed up on time , they made phone calls. I walked out after waiting 30mins

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If you're in need of a new contacts prescription I urge you not to go here and waste your hard earned money paying $109 only to be told your prescription hasn't changed year after year. If you've been wearing contacts and have no problems download the Simple Contacts app on your smartphone, pay $10 for an exam and then pay half the price you'd pay for contacts here! Sorry optical stores the days of ripping people off are over!!!!

I did not have a good time here at all. They could not get glasses right at all. The lenses were constantly cut wrong, they came in the wrong frame, etc. This place did well for me once so I thought, why not try it out again? Lordy what a mistake. They denied me a refund even though they messed up on my glasses, not once, not twice, but five times. At that point, it's a waste of my time and gas, and a waste of their money. I wanted a refund so that I could get glasses at a place that would get them right, especially because they messed up my prescription, pupilary distance, etc. That HURTS eyes really bad. I finally had to get my boyfriend to come in to get a refund, as they had refused me, and my mom when she and I were shopping and she wanted to help. It doesn't feel good when you have to get your boyfriend to specifically go on a trip to the mall with you just so they pay attention to you and give your money back.

Great Staff! But slow as snails, I got there at 4:45 filled out paperwork for my 5:30 appointment, said they were running behind but didn't get seen until 6:30 and left there well after 7 - 3 Hours is way too long to spend at an Optical Store!

I went in to get an eye exam, it had been a few years since the last one. The lovely young eye Dr. did my exam, didn't rush me in & out. So I felt comfortable that my prescription would be perfect. Then I met Sam, who showed me some frames, tried a few on, and made me feel very secure and comfortable. In the past I would just pick any one and out the door I would go!! Anyway, I had to pick 2 frames and Sam was so good at helping me, it made me feel as if I was shopping with a friend, not a sales person. As I was done with all that I felt relieved that it was all over ( going to shop for eye glasses is not my thing) but then Sam told me there was a sale on prescription sunglasses. I quickly declined it as for I never owned a pair of prescription sunglasses. But being that she was so friendly and Knowledgeable I decided to give it a shot. Well after picking out a frame and listening to all the benefits of these glasses I said " let's go for it" Long story short... When I received my glasses I was so " Excited" and they lived up far beyond my expectations! I can't stop tanking Sam every time I shop at JCP. Must say it was the BEST eyeglass shopping of my life!! Again, thank you Sam, I love my glasses!
