I had a little tiny solder job that I needed done just some little obscure thing and they took care of it for me. Bring cash though because at that time their credit machines were down.

I had. Module for a swamp cooler. It was an obsolete part. I took it to JCC they looked at the circuit board in it and said come back in an hour. I came back in an hour and it was working like brand new. Thanks JCC!

I'm not sure why this place is still even open. I brought my laptop in before noon and was assured by Sebastian to get a callback with a diagnosis by 2. I never got a call. I called the next morning and was told to call back. Instead I headed to JCC to see what was going on. Sebastian basically told me he had a lot of other projects to handle and did not have time to get to my laptop. Funny thing is he was hanging out with his friends, laughing and eating both when I left my laptop there AND when I came to pick it up. I was charged 20 bucks just for the "diagnosis" of my laptop but he never even looked at it. I should have just went to best buy.

Took my receiver in for repair. They fixed it, but same issue happened after 1 movie. They gladly took it back under warranty to figure out the real issue.
