Had our car broken into. Called police then J&L. Rosa the receptionist was so knowledgeable about replacing our windows. Gave us a quick quote and advised us that we could come in an hour. The police met us at J&L to get our information about the break in. All the staff at J&L were SO supportive from the trauma of being victimized. Great place for Auto Glass replacement!! Great people!!

Took my car in today to get my windshield replaced. Was quick and easy, however after leaving I realized there were tiny particles of glass everywhere on the interior. My fiance had had scratches and cuts all over his back from getting them embedded in his shirt. I called J&L to simple make them aware of the situation so that this did not happen in the future and I was accused of lying about the situation and threatened with a police report. I will never go back here and will never refer anyone to this place.

I had three different vehicles come here for glass to be replaced. Great customer service. Great work. Quality glass. Works out cheaper for me to pay cash here and not use insurance claims that jack up my rate for later years. They even give you discounts for paying cash. Don’t let the small parking fool you. Make an appointment lol this place is awesome!

I was referred to J&L by a friend and I’m so thankful. The people there were friendly, the service was done quickly and I was offered the option of filing an insurance claim or paying out of pocket which was the better way for me. With the frequency of windshield repairs always needed here in Arizona, I know I’ll be going back and I highly recommend them

Service was quick, getting them to answer the phone took a hot minute as for the glass you get what you pay for and I wish I had gone with a more expensive place because this glass is cheap and the little Knicks the same day and beyond are highly annoying.

Support family-owned businesses . I call Safelite and other places and they were 400 to $600 . I try to add window coverage to my auto insurance policy and after a 12-month premium it still be more expensive to go with the insurance LOL then what I paid to J&L Auto Glass . The windshield they installed is nice and I'm very grateful I found them . Very friendly and professional and very very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Not happy at all! I got my front windshield done, came home and took off the tape that night and my car’s paint came with it. Exactly and only where the tape was. Called them and they told me to bring my car back down. I did and they said not our fault, not our responsibility. Ask if I just re-painted my car, which I have not and owned for almost 3 years. So I said so it’s my fault???? Didn’t offer anything. Will not be referring anyone else here and they lost my business completely.

So nice to have a windshield replaced that breaks after 5 days … ! Is not from a rock or something else , the car was just parked since Thursday! Thank you!! for sure we don’t recommend this place !!!

Great prices if you’re paying out of pocket. I think Safelite quoted me around $850, J&L did it for $135. Pulled in at my scheduled time, they immediately started working and had it done before I could finish my coffee.
