Jordan took care of my C8 i was having issues with the transmission. The dealer gave me a quote that was crazy over 6000. Turns out it was a very minor problem. Do not go to this shop , they will just take your money! And we'll not keep you updated with your car! Soo Unprofessional! What a waste of time with them and not just that they took my money and I got my car back worse then when I dropped it off if I could I would leave a 0 star!

My 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 had issues with the transmission slipping and was done for. I found JR Transmission through the google website and looked at the ratings because I wanted a mechanic to do great work that would charge a decent price. Fixing a transmission can be very expensive and Jason over pass my expectations with the quality of work he did to fix the transmission on my Chevy Silverado 1500 and the cost of work done was what he said. The quote for labor and part he gave me saved me several thousands and my transmission runs awesome. Very honest and $1,500 less than the big boys. Everything but the case is new, including a heavy duty torque converter for a V10 RV. We were traveling from Mexico to Seattle and it was done in 2 days.

They took 7 months to rebuild my transmission. When putting it back together, they did not install the oil filler riser tube, so the transmission fluid was only half full. I drove the car for 10 months and then it wouldn't move again. A different mechanic told me why. When I tried to contact them about this, they were moving/had medical issues/always some excuse.Service: Transmission
