“We have used several financial advisors from different companies, but Linda Drake is by far the best we have found!!Linda is very professional with great financial knowledge and advise. All while being very compassionate and willing to actually listen to what customers want and then advise best course. She is the only advisor who has called when things may not be going well in the market with possible options to help.I moved my accounts with Linda after she let her card at our home. Very glad I called!!So, happy with Linda that we moved my wife’s account to Linda also. And, recommended her to a few friendsWe rarely write reviews, but the service we receive from Linda is so much superior that others, we want to highly recommend Linda”

“I only go into a bank if I can't avoid it, so I have only been in to this location a handful of times. Each time service has been friendly, efficient, and I have been out the door in 15 minutes or less. The tellers are pretty nice and shout "Hello" from behind the counter to ceiling safety glass as people walk through the door. The first time I went in the teller wasn't able to help me so I had to wait for a banker which was no problem. He did point out that I was paying a monthly fee that I shouldn't be and suggested that I have the banker look into it. The teller gave my kids some dum-dums while we waited. We met with Jessica and she was able to help with what I originally came in for and then looked into the unnecessary fees. I was being charged because my account was actually an old Wachovia account and when they were acquired by Wells Fargo that fee just stuck around. She suggested I open a new account and she gave me back 5 months of this fee that I was paying.”
