Don’t waste your time or money here. Went in to get a new battery for my kei truck. The guy took one look at the battery and, without even looking anything up, shot me a $295 price. I laughed and walked out. I went directly to Autozone and got the battery I needed for 70 bucks. This place is a joke.

We noticed that my husband's battery in his truck was having a hard time turning over. Interstate is the only place that we buy batteries. The person that assisted us was very helpful

Thank you to the young man who was willing to go the extra mile and test the battery I had just purchased and returned because it was dead. He confirmed it was indeed dead. However, I received no apology for the inconvenience this caused me. I will no longer be a customer. Customer service is truly lacking.

Came in with battery under warranty. Told that it had 11 volts but that it needed to be dead before they would replace it. They would rather me be stranded then replace under warranty. Had 3 locations tell me battery was bad after being tested. I'll never buy an interstate product after this experience. Was just wanting to get me out the door because they were about to close.

The supposeably new battery didnt last a year. Was so dead wouldnt even charge a bit when getting a jump. Never again this place. O'Reilly 100 cheaper and guaranteed last 3 times longer.
