Full windshield replacement on my older *****. Very satisfied with the end result although there was additional work involved because of the special window trim . The installer, *****, was very thorough and nice, he obviously knew his product. Integrity performed where another popular company did not come through or did not want the job. The entire staff relationship was more than helpful.

This is the 2nd time using Integrity Auto Glass. They are exceptional from beginning to end. I was called right away and got my appt fast. Adam came to my job and was super friendly. He and his son had my windshield replaced quickly and also fixed a piece on my mirror that happened to be falling off. Adam was awesome!

Repeat customer. I have had Integrity replace 3 windshields over the last couple of years. Amazing customer service. Technicians are always prompt and friendly. They explain exactly what is to be done. Very efficient. Very satisfied every time! Highly recommended.

I went to Safelite Auto Glass to get my windshield replaced. They insulted my intelligence by taking my windshield out and then refusing to put in the new one or put my old one back. They wanted me to take my van to one of their recommended body shops to have two tiny cracks in the body fixed before they would put any windshield in. They told me it would be safer to drive with no windshield and refused to put my old one back in. i drove my van in the rain to Integrity Auto Glass a block down the street. Integrity couldn't hardly believe any glass shop would send someone out with no windshield and tell them it was safe. Since they saw it with their own eyes they knew Safelite did just that. Integrity was super and went the extra mile in every way. They made a special trip to get the correct glass for my vehicle and had a new windshield in my van and everything put back together right in two hours from when I drove to their shop without a windshield in the rain from Safelite. Integrity Auto Glass was amazing and even charged a little less than Safelight. The moral to the story is go to Integrity Auto Glass and you will have great experience. Avoid Safelite at all costs. Integrity Auto Glass is the best. Safelite is the worst and dangerous.

I've used them before they used to be good in the last year I've had three cars done one you can hear the air coming through the top of the windshield the second one when you look at the windshield from the front you can see the edge of the windshield it looks terrible the third car turned out okay they're nice enough people to work with but wow lot of money for not the best work

I scheduled the appointment for the 12:00-04:00 pm time frame and even left a note saying that I work night shift and it was important to respect the allotted time.The day of the appointment, the technician called me twice at 10 in the morning to ask me to move the appointment 2 hours earlier. I said no multiple times, he insisted.He did not want to waste "two hours hanging around". I told him that was inconvenient for me because I work night shift and I needed to rest. He laughed over the phone and then hanged up on me. I called back and told him I wanted to cancel the appointment. How can you trust somebody to care for their job when they don't care about you and laugh at you? I then called management to let them know. They said they were sorry and tried to justify the employee. They did not make any attempt to show to take a new appointment or make up for the disservice. I felt like they could care less and did not need my business at all. Rude and unprofessional.

I know this company for more than 5 years, and I am so happy with their service. They're always on time , responding, very honest and have great quality of windshields. I had Adam few times for changing and fixing my windshield, he is great. I really recommending them

Full windshield replacement. The highest quality workmanship with the installation, no gimmicks. These guys will come to your location and get your windshield replaced quickly. They use only OEM glass. Excellent work. I've used them for the last decade and never had an issue. They communicate well and ensure the correct window is being installed. They work with insurance companies.

Chris at Integrity auto glass replaced my windshield on a 1998 Ford F150. He was gracious and patient when he addressed my questions and observations as they installed the windshield. Their workmanship is high quality.
