Jean was wonderful. She was engaging and professional. She did exactly what I wanted. She asked me throughout the process if she was doing it the way I wanted. Mind you, She took me as a first-time walk-in. I live in Cali but come to visit family. They aren't price gouging, which is so wonderful, and I commend them for that. Considering what I pay in Cali (at least triple), this salon is a hidden treasure. So, go here in support of our small businesses struggling to stay open. I almost didn't post a review, so I could keep them to myself. But they deserve all the business they can handle and then some. Thank you for being amazing!

I highly recommend Illusions!!Great experience! I did not have an appt, but John had a cancelation and got me in, quickly. He is super personable and really listened when I told him what I was looking for. For a real salon, I expected to pay twice the amt. This is now my go to salon.
