Scott arrived on time, quickly evaluated what we already suspected; we needed a new door ! He had the part and installed it himself within a Couple hours. We are super pleased with Ideal! This is the 2nd garage door opener they have installed . Great people, Great service!

Called IDEAL garage company in a panic. Garage door wasn’t able to open and my car was inside.
Scott arrived within 20 minutes of me calling.
He got right to work. Fixed my garage door, which we weren’t sure was even possible. Was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and proficient. I highly recommend him and IDEAL garage! He saved the day :)

Called Ideal on Friday and they were able to come
out right away on Monday morning! I was really pleased with the service and more so loved the customer service and the education that Cody gave us when he came out! They were able to tell us that our garage had been serviced before from the previous owner based off of seeing the sticker on one of the parts that was replaced. I felt like the price was fair and I also appreciated how their employees were taking care of as far as having a fan and AC and they could comfortably get the job done fairly fast in the summer AZ heat. Ideal garage is definitely a company that I will be loyal to for all of my needs and referring to anyone who needs garage services.

Chris, from Ideal Garage, could not have been nicer, more professional or knowledgeable. He repaired problems caused bby my previous garage company, reprogrammed my opener and taught me some new features I never knew I had. And tge front office was friendly, efficient and pleasant setting up my appointment. All inn all, a wonderful experience. Recommend them unequivocally.

Incredible product, service, workmanship and professionalism. Had low quality work from original build. Insanely more sturdy, quiet, cooling, and easy to use/program etc. Gage, Jesse, Ruben and Colin were efficient, polite and helpful. Don't go anywhere else.
