Senior Tax Advisor D. Thomas is a breath of fresh air while doing something that makes me cringe. I'm not a numbers gal and I have multiple jobs and she made it so easy and has a personality that goes for days. It really made the process a bright spot! Go see her and get your taxes done!

Mahmoud Awad is great at what he does. This was my 3rd year filing my taxes with him and I plan to do it every single year. I 100% recommend filing your taxes with him and H&R Block.

Made an appointment here and the 1 star is for Tossha Wilson. I think the place is 5 stars but this senior worker here has terrible customer service and was not professional at all.Edit to this thanks for the call back number for your support team unfortunately no one picks up so I guess that's that.

Tried their drop off tax service they offer and no one called or emailed me to let me know when they were done. I stopped by to see if they were done at 6:40 (which online and at the location it says it closes at 7) when I asked an associate if my taxes were ready they stated they were closed for the day. I pointed to the sign and stated it says they close at 7 m, the lazy bitches said they already closed everything up and I would have to come back tomorrow. I've done my taxes at H & R blocks at different locations and they are much mor e helpful and close when their hours actually say they close. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
