I remember providing a feedback on here, don't know why it didn't stick...I decided to use HR Block to see how it would go hoping I would be able to actually file for free when I wasn't able to with Turbo Tax the past few years.However, going through the free online version of HR Block I was able to fill out the forms no problems. Federal was accepted right away but state got denied 7 times over several days due to a "processing" error. It never made it to IRS/State to review. It stated no changes were needed each time, so that points to it being a problem with HR Block's platform's processing of the forms.I was unable to reach an actual person when trying to contact their support because it was the free version... but I didn't need help filling out the forms I needed their platform to process the request.I wasn't able to go through Turbo Tax because my federal was already accepted using HR Block.The HR Block office I called wasn't able to help me figure out the issue but they also weren't able to give me a number to reach anyone that could assist with this technology problem they were having.I decided to just go in and have one of their tax preparers do it all for me. Mailed it in then they called me saying they spelled my name wrong on the forms. Which is also my fault, I should've double checked everything.I'm just glad this -- experience is over. I won't ever be attempting to use them again.The number they provided in their comment below is the one I've been trying for weeks that has been no help at all.
