Took in my 2004 grand marquis in for Ac work replaced compressor and hoses. Next day still was not blowing cold, so took back and Rick the owner apologized and said he would make sure to fix the problem and it was taken care of. Will be a permanent customer.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Came to replace my radiator that had a crack along the side they did a good job in the replacement except for breaking wiring harnesses and leaving the top half of my bumper without any screws! I paid $800 for "certified mechanics" that broke clips without replacing them and didn't bother putting the screws back on. I'm going back tomorrow to see what they would do but my hopes right now are slim.
