I came to Holly Nails for a manicure and pedicure, and I had a wonderful experience! Mai did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing—so gentle, detail-oriented, and friendly. She really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect, and it shows. My nails turned out beautiful, and the pedicure was incredibly relaxing. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a calm, cozy vibe. I left feeling completely pampered. Highly recommend Holly Nails and definitely ask for Mai!

I went ti this place horrible horrible a man name Tony did my nails I left there the polish was all bumby the nail product was so thick by my cuticle. And on my skin.had pedicure also horrible polish came off the next day. Just started peeling off. This was the worse nail salon I have gone. To they said they would redo them but I didn't want to take that chance 120.00 down the drain .please I advise you do not go there!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I visited this nail place on 2/28/24, the gentlemen was very nice and told me $30 for my nails. The nail tech advised me my nails were old and I could pay $27, come back next week and get a full set. At check out, I was told the nail tech doesn’t fully understand what she was telling me and my price was now $40. The gentleman sat in the chair saying nothing. The person who was translating, confused me even more. I paid the fee, plus a tip. Don’t understand why the price went to the highest on the list and I’m removing them next week and just wanted a basic acrylic fill in!!!

Called. at last minute, but was able to get appointment. Service was good, only thing I was disappointed in was they don't do mylar on nails. Just straight color and basic nail art. But all in all friendly and very detail oriented.

Had a wonderful experience having a manicure and gel polish applied. Mai did a fantastic job, both with the manicure and polish application.
The sanitation practices seem to be top notch too. I am also a trained esthetician so I know what to watch for and what to ask. I am going back in three weeks.

Had a 12:30 pm appointment. Got there, was greeted and shown to a chair for a pedicure.Then sat and sat and sat.Kept hearing “be right with you”. Two people came in with 1 pm appointments, were seated right away and their pedicures were started!!Same happened with friend having a manicure.The others appeared to be “regulars” so I guess it didn’t matter if we sat and waited.If I hadn’t ridden with a friend and didn’t want her manicure to suffer, I would have left.I told them and “so busy” was response.No, you overbooked and favored your regulars over others with appointments.Won’t be back.

First time customer and had a very good experience. Went on a Saturday morning around. 9:30 and had not made an appointment. Git in right away for my pedicure. It was very relaxing. An older gentleman did my pedicure. He was very thorough. Would definitely go back again. Very good service.

I recently visited this nail salon (12/5), hopeful for a good experience. Unfortunately, my visit was overshadowed by a deeply upsetting interaction due to my condition, hyperhidrosis. The staff member expressed her inability to work with my condition, raising questions about my childhood and medical care in a manner that felt more intrusive than empathetic. The approach taken lacked the professionalism and sensitivity expected in such situations. This experience left me feeling disrespected and disheartened. It's crucial for service providers to understand and accommodate diverse needs with kindness and respect. I hope my feedback encourages a more inclusive and understanding approach in the future.

Best manicure ever in town. I've had gel nails, powder dip and acrylic tips. Nails last until grow out. I only go here now.
