They def did not have what I was looking for, which was macrame cord in different colors.
They had a few, but the colors were very bland.

I don't know her name, but I had the worst experience with my cashier. She started ringing in the regular price and I told her they are all marked down on the shelves, she grabbed the item, pointed to the regular price and said, "no, I will have to go off the price right here, sweetie!" I replied with, they are all marked down, sweetie. She said, "I'll have to see it if that's true. I asked her if she'd like for me to show her the marked down one.. she said yes, go grab it. When I came back 2 seconds later, the line was crazy. She was waiting for me. She rang in the sale price, THEN PROCEEDED TO MARK DOWN THE ORIGINAL ONE TO THE SALE PRICE.. right in front of me. She then called Tammi over and said, "these will need to be marked down. " I said, "oh, so they REALLY are on sale?!?! She said yes and handed me my bag. Why did she not believe me? Why did she make ME go get it and not a price check??? I have tattoos, piercings and I believe this elderly cashier was feeling some sort of way about it. I'll shop at Michaels. They don't do this to people

This store is neat, clean, and full of nice employees. That being said, they have a SEVERE problem with the cashiers. There seems to be absolutely ZERO incentive to create any urgency when allowing customers to pay for their items. It's like they forgot that people have lives. Today, there were two cashiers open at 10:15am. Each had one person that they were talking to, making small-talk with, and one even called the manager over to comment on some of the items the customer was buying. It's like the line of people impatiently waiting didn't mean anything. Instead of purchasing my items, I put them back on the shelves and went down the block to a competitor. When will you start to value the time of your customers? It shouldn't take 30 minutes to check out!

Awful employees , Michelle the manager and Christine, Christine for some reason started to follow me every where now I'm not one to notice anything so if I noticed her she was way to obvious . At first I'm like okay , but then it started to get very uncomfortable and annoying I asked her for her name and went to talk to her manager. The manager came out I explain what's happening , her response was, she had reason to follow me because suspiciously set some jewelry down after I had changed my mind. Are you freaking kidding me? That's the reason? Ridiculous !! That's was my first and LAST time I'll ever shop there!

A wide variety of supplies for almost every hobbyist. Staff was friendly and the 2 gals I spoke with were fairly knowledgeable re 2 things I was interested in.. the acrylic paints for a pouring project and diamond dots for a gift. Moderately priced, unless you find something on the clearance wall!!

Hobby Lobby is such a great place to shop! They have a fantastic variety which fuels my creative side. When I got to the store, the lines at the registers were really long. I was concerned that I would have to stand in line for quite a while waiting to check. But the cashiers were efficient and there was hardly a line at all when I was easy to check out. They are always friendly too.
They had a sale on beads and that was what I needed on this trip. I found everything for my current project for under $20.

Enjoy the product. Miss the coupon and you can not tell if a check out is open. They need a few more checkers up front year around not just holidays to help speed up check out process.

Super busy and crowded isles due to stocking. Love this store. The layout for the store is perfect.

I've had several of my watercolor paintings matted at the Hobby Lobby on Southern Ave. in Apache Junction. I recently had an outstanding experience, working with Marlene in the Framing Dept. She recommended an excellent mat color choice, and in one case, it was a double-mat. She has an excellent eye for color, was efficient and very courteous to work with. I had 2 paintings matted that day and was able to shop while she did the work. By the way, I drove from North-Central Phoenix to come to that store because of the excellent service I receive there! Thank you to the Framing Department and to the store!
