Went to Hobby Lobby 2 weeks ago and all the beads said, “40% off “ which I was real happy about. I carefully looked through the colors and sizes I was interested in and put them in my cart. When I checked out, I asked the cashier, “all should be 40% off as that’s what it said back there right?” Imagine my surprise when she answers, “I can do better than that, they are actually all 50% off!” I didn’t even need a coupon or anything! Wow, that was a great surprise. Only wish I had more time to grab a few more.

I received excellent information about different products from several friendly employees. I also loved the music that was playing in the store.

This location was so pleasant... I went in for an item in their ad, which they didn't have. The music was quite pleasant. As is usually the case, most is overpriced followed by steep discounts. Almost anything craft or decor can be found here. It's also true to it's name, and many a hobby can be added to or begun from a brief visit.
This last visit, I found that while the staff would assist or point out directions, on some level they didn't seem to really care much. An employee gave donde udirections and it was across the store and the poor elderly woman was obviously confused. But the employee didn't offer to walk her over there. It was obviously the best choice as 5 minutes later, the directions were still being repeated to her as she didn't quite understand. When I asked for help finding the item from the ad, there wasn't even an attempt to help. Just directions to "check over there, or over there, but that season is almost sold out." Honestly, if you advertise something in a weekly mailer, efforts should be made to keep the item in stock for that week and the employees should be aware of the status of that item or at least an exact location.

This is my first time ever writing a review but I have had it with this location. It's horrible for so many reasons. There are never enough cashiers. Ever. And there are usually two ladies standing at the front of the store laughing and talking to each other, watching the lines get longer and longer yet they do nothing. And no one working inside the store can help or answer questions. Usually they are too busy stocking shelves to help or be aware anyone needs help. There is never more than 1 or 2 items on the shelf of any one thing. No one working seems slightly knowledgable or seems to want to help customers.They don't make eye contact with customers or seem the least bit interested I. Helping. It's the most depressing place to shop. They would be great at their jobs if only they didn't have customers.

Welp. I walked in to a fight between the 3 managers on duty and an angry customer. There were at least 75 people in lines throughout the store. I waited in line, became next to check out after a 15 minute wait. The cashier looked at me and said "I'm on break" and walked away. She also stated she was too stressed to work, this wasn't her usual store and she didn't realize it'd be this busy. As a DM in Retail for over 20 years, I get it. but find someone to assist, don't just leave.

Honestly it was so full, but I still love this store. The cashiers were running at full capacity and they still had long line ups. No matter, because they were all still pleasant even near closing. God bless
