Horrible experience they put my acount negative by keep charging my card so far I got charge over 1000 dollar more than what's on the bill I disputed the charges with my bank it's been 4 days now and still didnt get my money back .I called customer service and I went to the location no solutions .This is the worse experience . The guys in this location are nice but they cant help you . Hertz system of doing business is horrible

Terrible customer service when I could FINALLY actually talk to a person. Was told conflicting information and was not helpful at all. Will not use Hertz again.

I cane here to rent a car for Uber rides. Trevor helped me from day 1. I went in to require information regarding the program since I've never done it before. Trevor told me how much it would cost for the rental including the $6.99 daily for insurance (which I recommend with all these idiot drivers we have I'm AZ now) The cost for a comfort vehicle is $371 weekly this is including the $6.99 daily cost for the cost of insurance.There was no hidden secrets, there was no gimmicks, game playing or anything like that. I understand everyone has their own experiences, but mine with Trevor & this Hertz location is 100% positive. I highly recommend this location, the cars are nice, amazing customer service, friendly staff & they go above & beyond for you.If you come here for Uber you can keep a car up to 6 months, the process is easy, the price is reasonable & the renewing is automatic. Also there is no deposit holding fee. If you get the comfort vehicle it's $371 period. If you get Standard there's still no deposit holding fee.Thank you Trevor & Hertz for being great! See you guys next week!

While the employees on site are helpful, it is impossible to get through to the, via phone. When you are there, they have computer/system issues almost every time, extending the time you need to spend there.I was in an accident involving a rental vehicle, and despite me providing all of my insurance information, they tried to charge me for the damage directly, and hung up on me after calling me. When attmepting to call back, I was on hold for over 40 minutes without anyone answering the phone.While the vehicles themselves are nice, I would suggest going with another company as getting any real assistance is almost impossible.

Always so nice and welcoming! I used to go to Enterprise. I won't be going to them anymore. I am going to stay with Hertz just because of the service and how wonderful they treated me! The gentlemen that helped me literally went out of their way to assist me! Love this place!

Really bad customer service. Said they can’t do my rental even though I’m a gold member and reserved it with my credit card. But they were renting to people to drive Uber rides. Don’t got here worst hertz I’ve ever been to and I used hertz every week

This location has some really bad cars. I rented a car here and it had NO COOLANT and now the alternator is shot. They do not service vehicles. I will be going back to AVIS.

I had 2 questions:If I reserve thru Uber but have to cancel, is there a penalty.How much will I need total including tax, refundable deposit, additional insurance.First of all you have to go through a barrage of prompts none of which are that helpful.System hung up on me as I was trying to figure which was closest selection.Called back and got through to level 2 and one of these prompts offered to let me speak to an agent.Very thick accent and we didn't seem to understand each other well.I told him my situation and he said I'd have to go through Uber support- which I had already done!I had almost reserved on-line, but needed to know, as I was being helped by a friend, how much the total would be, and if I needed to cancel a reservation, was there a penalty.He said I should be able to cancel without penalty, but had no idea how much tax,fees, total would be!What??? He's supposed to be your Herz representative!I then looked up Herz online for ratings... I see several complaints that make me worry whether to even try with this location on 2025 W Main, as just trying to talk to knowledgeable staff has already been a frustrating experience.

The manager acts like he’s doing a favour by renting out a car.Got into a verbal argument with me and threatened me about leaving a bad review either here or with hertz management. Would never return to this location.P.s. I’ve been to this location multiple times before this and the other staff is super helpful and polite.

Now I know you’ll be wondering why the heck I’m giving a 5 star review but hear me out. I went to 2 other locations that had no cars and it took 45 mins for them to even help me. This location had good people that are not perfect but they will work on helping you out and fixing whatever is wrong and because other rental car places don’t even attempt that it’s a 5 star in my book.

They can't do anything here but head you a key. If that! Most unprofessional unknowledgeable group of gentleman I've seen. The person that might know something is never there they said.They were very rude to Uber drivers and hanging up on customers. While letting people off the streets come to get water.

Hertz is still one of my favs. Great corporate rates! Great service. The Mesa West is a convenient location with public transportation access. Relatively close to the airport to avoid the excessive fees!

I booked a manager electric through the triple A website which I learnt afterward that I wasnt eligible for. Saphire, Dwayne, and Trevor went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Great customer service, Thanks!!
