There was a hold up (my fault) because my husband put the reservation in his name instead of mine. So I spent about 30 mins on the phone changing that. (They cannot make reservation changes in office) Trevor was very polite, provided us with water, and even gave my daughter some toys while we waited. It was an overall good...
