Dropped off Jeep for window regulator replacement, little confusion on repair estimated time ended up they needed to keep the Jeep overnight and said it would be done by 9:00 am and it was. They provided a Lyft ride home and back the next day for pickup. $100 detectable for my forever warranty which is better than me replacing it. Seems window regulator problems are common. Appointment was approximately a week out after I called but it was all painless, 7:00 am drop off thought they would have donuts but I guess they quit doing that. Aaron was my service rep and kept me informed. Glad I had a warranty since it was my second regulator in a little over a year, although my deductible for the first one wax only $50 it was still worth the $100 deductible for this one.

I called Courtesy Chrysler and the receptionist told me to bring my vehicle in at 12:30 and I have an appointment with Brian Melendez. I got there on time. Met with Brian and he asked when do you want the vehicle back. I said umm today. Brian said they were really busy but he went and talked with the mechanics. Brian got me in right away. Brian said my vehicle would be done by 4-5:00. They got it done at 3:20... If you are driving a Mopar product and you need a good service advisor call them and ask for Brian Melendez. Awesome job getting me fixed up so quickly. If I could give him more stars I certainly would. Thank you so much Brian.

I purchased a vehicle at the beginning of June, the salesman was kind of clueless. My biggest problem was I was given a packed payment untold by the Sales Manager two days later when I went to cancel it, it had been funded already. If this was true, why would they want me to resign ? Packing a payment is illegal . I’ve taken 90 days But now I plan to report them to the attorney general. One of the sales managers is guilty of stolen valor. He was not an army ranger. I will keep you updated. Customer service team was amazing

Don’t buy from them. Absolutely not. You are forced to buy add ons. You are not legally required to purchase these from the dealer, yet they refuse to sell you a car without it. I inquired about a vehicle before buying. This was my interaction with Steven Sisson. He cleared stated I am not forced to purchase the add ons, but cannot take them off. Ridiculous.Read the reviews. They do this to EVERY PERSON AND VEHICLE. They are making a killing off these add ons. Report them to Attorney Generals for the practices

Ripoffs and more than anything terrible customer service!
I was given an initial quote for a service in my truck, called them back days later to schedule the appointment and they wanted to charge me over $350 more than what they initially quoted. Unbelievable. Very unprofessional and unorganized

Extremely satisfied with my purchase of a brand new 2024 Grand Cherokee L. The whole staff was courteous and helpful, starting from the quick response of the Internet Sales Director Stephanie Jacobs. Then came the men that made everything happen Mr. Ted Simmons, I recommend him to everyone. He was prompt to respond to all my questions and most importantly a man of his word. No surprises after we reached a deal. He made the process seamless. Dealt with Zo at the end and he was great to deal with as well.
Come and see Teddy and team, you’ll be happy!!

Thank you Vince Carter for initially contacting me and for Coleman McDonough for helping us make a decision on our purchase. We love our new vehicle and so grateful for you both. Definitely recommending my family members here!

Updating my review to one star for the “lack of”service department.
Tried getting recall work done here but also wanted a bed liner. Did the bed liner but for some reason didn’t touch the recall work. I had to take it to the other dealer. (Bed liner is great but it was a 3rd party)
I replaced my battery and threw a bunch of low voltage codes. Every on-line forum states this is an issue with the ram 1500 and needs a program reset that has to be done at the dealer. I show up for my appointment and the service representative treated me like I was an idiot for trying to do research. He needed to run diagnostics but they couldn’t get to it for 3 days “despite my appointment”. He wouldn’t let me bring it back in three days, they wanted to have it sit out on their lot for 3 days, I politely declined.
Took it to the other dealership same day and they knew exactly what I was talking about. They had me all done in 2 hours. Won’t waste my time with them a 3rd time.

On 7/19/24 I went to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs to purchase a vehicle. The listed price of the car we found was 17,285.00, my total financed is 25,623.34. Over 8,000 dollars of unauthorized charges, unnecessary piled on fees & costs- they told me i had to get GPS that every car on the lot gets it, they said nitrogen came with the car and charged me 169$. They added tint for 499.00. They charged $5 for tire disposable fee which says is applicable to NEW cars only. I bought a certified used car. They charged me 999$ to tell me it's certified, which should have mean it passed certain inspections..
Bypassing the deceit on 7/24/24 Just 4 days after having the car- I took the car to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs because my dashboard blacked out with no functioning radio or navigation. They had me in a rental car they provided until 7/31/24 they gave me my car back & told me it just needed a software update and it was fixed. On 8/6/24 the emergency SOS light came on in my car, and once again the screen blacked out with no functioning radio or navigation, ect. I took the car back to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs for the second service with same issue, I was put in another rental from 8/6/24- 8/16/24. On 8/16/24 just 6 hours after picking up my car- it happened again SOS light and no functioning radio or navigation. I went to Courtesy Chrysler Dodge RAM of Superstition Springs where they told me they can no longer help me that I need to go to a Volkswagen dealership. I purchased an extended warranty for 3,924$ through Courtesy but am being denied services..
DON'T BUY A CAR HERE
