They all had the worst customer service and attitude. We went to get an alignment and tires put on and once finished, they said they “suspected” something was bent in the front but never a clear answer with them. They also weren’t respectful of personal belongings. If you want fast service and a good repair for sure do NOT come here. If I could no stars I would but the best I can give is one.Service: Tires

My step-dad retired from Hefner's he did quality work for 25 years and I believe that Hefner's will keep doing quality work

Gary and his crew are the heart of the city. If you dont believe me, ask Gary and how long he has been there. Well over 30 years. Have then complete the work you need done and tell me they arent more than affordable, reasonable, and excellent service with quality

I've been taking my Honda here for the last 6 years. It's an older model and doesn't have too many problems, but inevitably when it does, I trust these guys. Steve at Hefner's always takes it in and gives me a quote, explaining what's necessary versus recommended. The price always ends up coming in lower than expected. Very happy with them and will always take my older car to them as long as I live in the Phoenix area.

I was extremely disappointed with the service on my 89 Chevy Camaro. The Starter they replaced was used one and didn't work very well at all. So I had to replace it with a new starter. They also replaced my gas tank with a used component. I told them that the Idler Arm needed to be replaced, but they neglected to do so. I asked to have the car ready for emissions testing, it failed. In short I'm out 2600 that I paid Hefner's, and wondering just what that money got me. My car is now at another garage in Mesa, and so far I'm out another grand. And it's going to be more before it's finished. Hefner himself seemed like a pretty honest guy. I am however wondering about the mechanic who did the actual work. I don't mind spending money on my cars so long as I am buying results. Sadly I didn't get much for my 2600 at Hefner's. Even sadder still is I'll be paying at least that much again just to have it done right a second time. It's enough to say I won't be using Hefner's EVER again. The only reason I selected one star for the rating is because this sight wouldn't post this review without it. And I doubt my review will stay on this page for very long.
