Straightforward service, I was telling Scott here, that discount had dropped the ball the day before by replacing the wrong tire. They were so busy trying to upsell they didn’t even fix my problem tire. This is my second visit to this Big O and both times have been simple and clean service. No call or upselling for no reason just listening to the customer and doing the service I asked for!

They gave me a great price for 2 new tires on my car and let me know that after I come back for the next two tires that I will be able to get a free rotation for my tires! I also used their night drop box and it was easy and convenient to use.

I’ve taken my car to this location for the past couple years and after my latest interaction, I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the manager. Ive never had a worse customer experience than I have had over the past couple days. I felt ignored and dismissed all day. After taking my car to a different shop, I feel taken advantage of for the past couple of years. Their mistake almost cost me my car and me having to buy a whole new vehicle. I will not be coming back to this location or another big o again.

I had a great experience at Big O Tires on 1738 S Crismon in Mesa, AZ. Special thanks to Evan and Alex and store manager Tom Farmer for their thorough diagnostic approach and strong focus on safety. Evan’s and Alex's expertise really stood out and made a big difference. Highly recommend!
