The lack of support and consideration for their clients doesn't rate Harnish even one star! They rarely return calls or answer emails. You have to keep calling or emailing to get a response. After being told several years in a row that the auto and motorcycle insurance I had was the best and less expensive option out there, I finally got so fed up with their lack of customer service and poor communication that I reached out to another independent agent. He found me better coverage with another large insurance company for $82 a month LESS! If you are looking for an insurance agent who will be engaged and supportive and care about your best interests, DON'T do business with this company! I have other family members who are also insured by Harnish and have experienced the poor customer service. They are all changing insurance agents also.

The Harnish Group is a great insurance agency. Bryan and his team are always available to discuss my policies. They handle a lot of different insurers so they're able to find a company that works for you. Big thanks to Bryan and his team.

Our entire family relies on Harnish Insurance Group for all our insurance needs. Bryan and his staff are always quick to respond to any questions and handle matters with our best interests in mind. More than once, they've worked beyond regular work hours to take care of us.

Bryan appears not to care and wants to get paid for doing nothing. The team, specifically Dana and Maria are trash with paperwork. I told them not to cancel insurance on a vehicle and they did. Our family, unknowingly was riding around uninsured because they cancelled our insurance. Find another agency that cares.

Everyone at Harnish Insurance is so knowledgeable and efficient. I needed a Notary Bond and the Harnish Team was very helpful and explained the process to me and made it so easy. Their servicing capabilities are like no other. My whole family is insured with them too. We love the Harnish Group!

Horrible service. Called several times to cancel both my business and auto insurance with them, before it got renewed (10/17) and they never answered. Finally got a hold of them after the insurance was renewed. On 10/29 I was promised to have my insurance cancelled back to 10/17 and get my money back for both policies since they had not canceled my policy as asked. On 11/07 I got an email that my account was to be withdrawn to pay for the insurance that was suppose to be canceled 10/29. Texted the agent 11/07 asking him why they still haven't canceled my policy and all of sudden I get an email of cancellation of my policy. It has now been over 30 days and I still haven't recieved my full refund.* I worked directly with Luis from your office not the producer.

Worst insurance agent ever. I've had to deal with my mortgage company, the insurance company and ADOT directly because Harnish is awful. Phone calls are not returned. Staff is terrible. Just say no.

I was with another agency that got acquired by this group. I have numerous policies with them and don't feel like a valued customer at all. I've had to call to follow up about new policies more times that I should and even communicated my frustration with them about their lack of communication - evidently that got dismissed as well. I would not recommend them and am personally shopping for a new agency.
