UPDATE:
Not even 2 weeks went by and all my nail polish has chipped between my hands and my toes. Not sure what they did with the polish but it is not high quality and I paid extra for GEL as always. This has never happened. My friend who went with as well all her nails chipped within a couple days, she was pretty upset.
Second time here and it’s a keeper! Anna did my pedicure/manicure and my nails look great! Even though I only did the basic for both she took great care of me and didn’t pressure anything else on me. Thanks Anna :)

I went today for the first time and had a classic pedicure witb gel and no dip. I also had a gel manicure no dip. I paid for a scrub during the pedicure. I expected to pay $74 but was told it was $92. I won't be going back.they don't have senior discount either. I checked their prices on their pamplet and was not advised I would be paying this much more.

So just came in but all they did was polish and terrible sloppy work, I wanted a pedicure but they don't understand the service I wanted..........wish these folks can do better. Never coming back here again. Also I felt like I'm just $$$ to them instead of actual paying customer that wants the best service for my feet that I rarely get at all, also they talk to other folks but when they do my service they talk to their coworkers and tells me they want a tip very not okay in my eyes, that it made me uncomfortable, and unprofessional.

The service has gone downhill. Three of us had appointments today. Only one of the three service people were friendly. We all got deluxe pedicures. But each finished at different times. None of us were satisfied with the quality. It used to take an hour or more for any pedicure here. We were all out the door in 30 minutes. We will never go back.

Went in for a simple French tip and it took them 2 hours... not only did it take that long but the girl who did my nails, Jenna/Jennifer, basically did a gradient instead of a French tip. Additionally, the nails were crooked, bumpy, and messy. Every time I tried correcting her, she basically said I was wrong. Would not recommend if you want to be there the whole afternoon and still walk out with nails you'll have to fix yourself.

I’ve been to this location a number of times. I’ve enjoyed coming to this salon services are great and they are decently priced. The rating is for their customer service on the last visit.
Customer service is great during the pedicure/manicure, but when checking out I was not impressed.
Any nail salon you pick, they have options for cash or card. As the customer I feel that we know that there is going to be a charge when paying with card and we are prepared for that. Otherwise we would bring cash for the service and tip.
When my sister and I finished getting our pedicures, we were asked repeatedly if we had cash for tip. We said that we intended to leave tip on the card since we do not have/carry cash. That statement was not enough for them. Our technicians were persistent. Multiple times we were told that they had a ATM machine in the salon. We repeatedly mentioned that we intended to leave tip with card. Just to stop the persistency we ended up going to the ATM and pulling cash.
This was the first time that I went to this salon and had this experience.
I did not feel comfortable going to a place where their technicians forced cash tips or gratuity altogether. Especially when a tip or gratuity is something given without claim or obligation.

Couldn't believe I was charged $75. I brought a photo and got NOTHING at all that I wanted. I came with group so I could have her restart. Over priced and these nails are SUPER thin.

This had got to be the best place I've been to EVER. The service, the work, the atmosphere, and the entire experience was amazing. I've been trying to find a nail salon that does really good natural nails and this is the place. My manicure hasn't ever looked this good. It's exactly what I wanted.
