I had Grizzy Flooring out Early 2023 to replace all flooring in my home The salesman talked a good game, I wanted tile but he insisted LPV was the best route to go. The install couldn’t even get finished because of faulty product, they were about 75% done and had to rip it all out and get more flooring in. The carpet in the mbr looked horrible; you could see every seam and multiple corners were not attached to anything. On top of this the LPV flooring started to warp thru out the house. I tried getting in contact with the salesman Brandon but was told he quit and getting Charles to do anything was like pulling teeth, empty promises/missed appointments. He sent the carpet guys out numerous times to fix the issues with no improvements. 3rd Party inspector they hired blamed the install, They ended up replacing all flooring for the 3rd time. My floor started to separate and I again had to fight with Charles to resolve the issue, Brandon (my original salesmen) ended up coming back to the company with his son. Brandon Jr came out with Charles and saw the issue with my flooring and their fix was gluing the flooring together which I feel is a band aid rather than fixing the issue. I thought everything would start getting better as Brandon was quick to respond when I notified him of the additional issues I was having. He came out and looked at it, agreed the flooring needed to be replaced AGAIN. I shared my concern about replacing the floor for the 4th time, im not sure if it’s a product issue or install issue but I don’t feel comfortable putting the same product in again. He said he would work on it and then I stopped hearing back from him. Since then, the flooring has gotten even worse, the original pieces have separated again along with a few more pieces as well which I have shared pictures with them, one gap is close to 1/8” gap. Ive since reached out again to Charles and have gotten nowhere. Filed BBB and he won’t even respond.

We were so pleased with the whole Grizzly process. From the salesman who came out to write up our contract with every detail of what the process was and what was included for our vinyl plank floors. The flooring was so much thicker than any other we had looked at. We looked at several other flooring company's product and at Home Depot. They were all a much lesser quality product and higher prices than our Grizzly bid was. Luis, who installed the vinyl did a wonderful job and was very cordial and obliging, My husband had just had cataract surgery and wasn't supposed to lift anything strenuous and Luis and his helper got everything out that I couldn't do on my own. And then brought it all back in when they were done . They had our whole trailer done in three days living room, kitchen, laundy/pantry and a broom closet, a bedroom and closet, and two bathrooms. A lot of tedious area's. The floors look amazing! And then Pavlo came another day with his helper and carpeted our bedroom. They were done in a little over an hour. They also removed the bed and bureau for us and brought it back in when they were done. We could not be any happier with the whole process and the beautiful flooring. Thank you all for your part in making our trailer look so much better.

“Initial Elegance, Lingering Disappointment: My Experience with Grizzly’s Discount Flooring”
Four years ago, I was fascinated by the transformation Grizzly’s Discount Flooring brought to my home. The installation was flawless, and my floors radiated elegance. However, as time passed, my enthusiasm waned, and I encountered a persistent issue: planks lifting in various areas, even in the closet.
Grizzly’s seemed eager to assist when I first approached them about the problem. They assured me that someone would assess the situation promptly. Unfortunately, no one showed up or bothered to call. My subsequent complaints followed the same pattern—promises, but no action.
Despite my persistence, the situation worsened. The once-impeccable floors now marred by lifting planks became a daily annoyance. I reached a breaking point—my patience exhausted.
I’ve decided to take matters into my own hands. My plan includes filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and exploring legal options. Grizzly’s may have delivered initial beauty, but their lack of follow-through has left me disillusioned.
Grizzly’s Discount Flooring, once a beacon of promise, now stands as a cautionary tale. Quality should endure, and customer service should match the initial allure. As I navigate this frustrating journey, I hope others learn from my experience.

We had grizzly do my floor 4 yrs ago loved my floor!!! About a yr ago we had a couple of planks lifting- normal wearing of as my husband sits there a lot -we weren't concerned. Jeff (owner) sent someone out to look at floor- they then sent manufacturer of the wood and he said they needed to fix it no even though it had been done 4 yrs ago!! Jeff sent some guys here they said they needed more wood to fix this. After lots of bothering (about 8months worth) Jeff finally sent someone else here to fix the few planks of wood it was obvious at the beginning he did not know what he was doing- he did a horrible job it took him about 6 hrs to make it look horrible- he ruined that sec of floor and made a much bigger job out of it!!
I immediately called my husband sent pictures and he called Jeff and sent him the pictures. Jeff agreed it was horrible. He came and looked and was surprised. A few hrs later Jeff called us back telling us he had a special tool (my husband and I laughed)to fix the bad floor install that the other guy did~ they came with no tool and and put putty in all the gaps and caulked the baseboards to make it look ok. I was mad my husband called Jeff because we started noticing all the putty coming up everywhere. There was part lifting again! they sent another installer out and he is now fixing it at our cost. The first guy used tile grout to put the floor down and this was incorrect and he fixed more flooring then needed to be fixed basically made a bigger job then what was needed. Today we are getting fixed correctly- no thanks to Grizzlys or Jeff! We are paying for there mistake - when we tried talking to Jeff he states out of warranty we knew that to begin with but not for the whole section that had to be replaced! There worker cost us and Jeff wants no responsibility for it!

Best prices and the crew headed by Paulo were fantastic. In and out in under 3 hrs. Including moving the large pieces from 2 bedrooms (71) yards of carpet, remove old, re prep floors, cleanup and move furniture back. Polite, cleaned up everything. We used them over 12 yrs ago to install what they just took out and replaced. Our kids have both used them, best price by far.

Theivery? The flooring looks great but the 3 extra boxes of flooring that went back to the store did not result in a refund after several requests. The underlayment was not used and the bags of concrete leveler (at $65/ bag) disappeared before I could verify cost. Mgt did not seem to care.

I will be reporting this place to the BBB the owner Jeff was horrible to work with! Installer was great but Jeff was horrible to deal. I would never recommend anyone to this place!

My experience with Grizzly's was nothing but perfect! The team does phenomenal work and they want nothing more than to make the experience perfect for you. They are extremely meticulous and leave everything better than it was in the first place. I started with the living room and kitchen and when Alex came back to take a final look, I placed an order for the bathrooms. They came in today and completed that job quickly, accurately and again, it looks perfect. Just like a spa and how I had envisioned it. I couldn't be happier with Grizzly's product and service.

We could not be more disappointed in how our flooring turned out and the customer service we received during our project! Grizzly's basically sold us the tile and walked away. No follow up to see how our project was going or checking in with their crews to observe quality of work. They were sure quick to ask for us to make the second half of the payment so they could make payroll, even though the job was not completed! Our bad for falling for it and paying them. This project started in February of 2023 and it is now August and the job is still not complete! We have taken it on ourselves to finish due to poor quality of workmanship by Juan the tile guy. The transitions between the tile and wood laminate are horrible and there is at least a 1/4" height difference where the T molding is supposed to go. On top of that, one of the door transitions has a gap so wide the T molding won't even cover it!Juan has promised us on at least 5 different occasions that he would be back to finish as well as clean up our driveway and entryway where they left a mess from mixing the grout and thin set for the tile. We have a paver driveway and it is completely spotted where they splashed their construction materials on that and the landscaping.We spent nearly $30k on this fiasco and it still isn't finished. The BBB will be getting this as a complaint as well.Do NOT use Grizzly's if you wan your job to be completed as they claim they will do!

Just had them replace the carpeting in our two bedrooms with beautiful plank flooring. It is gorgeous and they have been a pleasure to work with. The two brothers who installed the floors were so hard working, courteous, and did a wonderful job. If my best friend lived next door and wanted new flooring, I would send her to Grizzly's. ?
