My dog ended up at the vet after a grooming appointment here. We had a horrible experience and will not be coming back. We took our two dogs here and one of them had a huge cut on his chest that they tried to cover with a big bow and after a few days His skin was clearly irritated and he was miserable so we took him to the vet and they confirmed that they (the groomers) not only cut his chest but they nicked his ear which caused a really bad ear infection! When we went back to tell them they completely denied it. Luckily, my dog is completely healed now and is doing ok but the situation was awful and we will not be going back to this place.

I had such a pleasant experience, there was accommodation for my two, large dogs. One has some behavioral issues and all of the ladies that were there were very understanding and it went so much better than I could have ever expected. I will definitely be coming back here!!

We love Green Bulldog! We have been with them from the beginning and have had great service every time! We have big dogs so grooming can be tough for us. The Green Bulldog Grooming team is kind and patient. From good old dogs to puppies, they always take care of our pups!

Had an unpleasant experience here at Greenbulldog, won’t be back to either locations. Received my dog with irritated bald spots, choppy fur & overall bad service. I Reached out to figure what had happened, no actual response except for it being “hotspots” nothing was communicated when I picked him up. If this was the case, why not mention anything to avoid all this. I will be taking my dog to the vet.

Love this place. I have a very large hairy dog and when he get’s a bath it’s a bit of a mess. Lots of hair. Lots of shaking. It’s. Ice to not do that at my house. The staff here is great. I recommend using the deshedding shampoo and conditioner. It makes a big difference.

The staff here were amazing! The wonderful lady at the front desk was so patient with me and my dogs and showed me how to work everything in the washing station. The groomer was gentle with my dogs and did an excellent job. The facility is clean and there's even a shop full of goodies and essentials for the fur babies! I will definitely be back!

I found this groomer about 4 months ago. At first they showed up , groomer was super sweet. However we never got the same groomer again , the rest fell short on grooming skills- my dogs would look good for maybe two to three days only. After the three days their hair would look oily and dingy
I would always tip heavily being it’s a mobile groomer and can imagine it’s tough to work in a small space. However after two months of the above , every appointment scheduled would be cancelled, a no show or rescheduled. Not nice, not twice MULTIPLE ! Then when they showed up they would charge me a demattimg fee. They were the ones that didn’t show up.
Regardless, they became complacent, not reliable, very poor customer service.
I would NOT recommend grooming your furries here. Everyone’s time is valuable. Everyone’s $$$ is hard earned. Don’t waste it here

This is such a great place to wash your dogs. We took 3 dogs. They brought us all the shampoos and conditioners and towels. The tubs are large and easy to use for multiple dogs together. We will be going back.

Easy to wash. I love the fact that the tub lowers for bigger dogs to climb into. The shampoo is amazing. Staff very friendly. The owner trimmed my lab’s nails for free. Thank you.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly during our first time. They have alot of stuff available only for $20 and I will definitely be making this my main spot for self grooming.

How hard is it to update your hours or leave the fact that you're closed on your voicemail or SOMETHING?? It's irritating to drive all the way out here to find them closed. Their website and Yelp indicates they're open
