August 8, 2023 Update:New router had a few issues - ended up having to send me a new one. All seems to be fixed and the service works as it should. So be patient and persistent if you have to be. I don't know why my experience was so challenging to need a new router each time, but that was the solution. All good. I might consider recommending them to my friends now, depending on their needs.Edited again to add:We were contacted by customer service and offered a great deal to upgrade, so that was great. They listened to my complaints about the past service and asked what would help me feel better about the company. All great service.Problem is: the new service was unreliable out of the box. I've reached out for help and got a response. Waiting to see if the fix was a fix.Hoping this country figures out how to make internet an affordable right.Edited to add:We opted not to go with StarLink because service improved once a new AT&T tower was installed closer to our home. Speeds are closer to what was promised and we have a plan that keeps us connected fairly well. I'd consider upgrading, but they don't offer much of an incentive for us to do so. I mean, whichever plan we'd choose with the new router/modem would put more money in their pocket annually, but they want more than $200 for the new unit. No thank you.After almost a full year with no service and no help from GotW3 or their parent company RevGen Networks LLC, we finally have some semblance of reliable internet service, though it doesn't meet the claims of their website.Once the problem was solved, we were offered 50% off of our service for the next 6 months max. I decided to report them to the FCC and I've signed up for Starlink internet as soon as it's available where I live.The service is now about 2-6Mbps down and 1.2 up. Not great, but it will do for basic internet. Prior to the pandemic, we had way better than basic, higher speeds and Unlimited use. Now we pay $10 more for 300GB per month. Not terrible, they just left me feeling very much like they could not possible care less about their customers.

We have struggled to find internet that works well in our area. GotW3 has worked far better than anything we’ve tried yet and very reasonable pricing!

when the service works, it works great, but when it doesn't it takes days sometimes weeks to get it right, I have had the service approx 5 years with t mobile as the cell tower, never went over data usage, didn't even know there was a limit, started having issues, gotw3 sent me a version card , was working great then not, got3 said I went over data usage (1st month of having it) so I was cut off till the 11th of April 2023. it's the 11 th. no service yet! 5 years not once did we go over, also i was told you can't look up your history usage according to the technician so I could review it, so I call B.S. ! Hugh's Net looking better and better as alternative option!

Daisy Agent 2, she was very professional and knowledgeable about the device I have through this company. She talked me through a reset and my internet service has been restored. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate her a 10 for excellence.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever got from a company. DON’T USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I went 2 months without internet and still had to pay or I would have to completely start over. when I went to cancel 2 days into the new month they will not issue a prorated credit! I’m so glad to be done with this company!!In regards to to your reply sir, I have emails and text messages from July 2021 with one of your Rep John Kirkwood that details all the issues we had with not having any service for two months and all the hassle your company put us through. Furthermore when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. So I ask you, sir, how was I to further explain all of the issues we have had when I wasn’t allowed to explain. Look at all the negative reviews on your company and the comments of horrific customer service. It starts at the top and it is clear that you do not value your customers.

Had this for over a year. Multiple SIM card updates which I understand. Received a new card this week, was told a day later it wasn’t any good. Received another one a day later and was told it would be 24 hours before activation. Okay. 72 hours later, multiple service tickets sent in, 5 days total no internet and no answers other then “we’re still waiting for activation.” Call to cancel and wasn’t offered any solutions. Really disappointed. Got a call the next day saying my sim was now active. Made a few more calls over a period of two days to find out my router was flagged. I was then told a new router and sim would be shipped out for "two day shipping" well its been a week and I still haven't received a new router and sim.

Horrible experience each time I call them for help. I received an email late on the 7th saying my payment was declined…..I had just received a new bank card, called on the 8th and recording said was not open until Monday. I sent them an email yesterday with new card info and requested them to run the new card. Today…..the 9th still no service. When I contacted customer support I was told I need to pay 25 dollars more for an activation and had to get a new SIM card in the mail. Wth?!? I even updated my new card with this place yesterday on their customer portal . This business is such a scam!!!!!

I wanted to give 0 stars, however the system will not allow 0 stars.Extremely POOR Customer Service! Throttled, Service was $99. UNLIMITED, then Supposedly I went over the usage? (350GB). I was unable to stream, did not use this hotspot for gaming. Unit was used exclusively for Remote work. Inconsistent and unreliable service, was issued 3 different SIM cards due to whatever situation was going on between GotW3 and AT&T, meanwhile I had outages/interruption of service without Credits/ Compensation to account. Prices continued to increase with reduced limits to the amount of Data used. I attempted many times to get credits and even disputed on my CC to no avail. Run Like the Wind Forrest!!!

Had an issue with my credit card that was set on autopay, my plan was canceled within 24 hours. Have emailed and called leaving a call back number and cannot get ahold of anyone to get back going. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I’m really tired of having to call for my moms account to fix the internet every time the service goes out. Even the customer service lady commented on how many times we’ve had to call to fix problems. Said she would be referring us to someone higher to hopefully fix it. Can’t wait for other internet service to come to the area so we don’t have to use this anymore.

Servando agent #4 with GotW3 was absolutely amazing!!! After 6 days of being without any internet and contacting numerous individuals in service department we were blessed to get a call back from Servando!!! He was the only person that took his time to help us by making sure our new sim card activated, he also took the time to insure that our router was programed correctly!!! He walked us through the entire process and was very patient and knowledgeable. We are very thankful that after speaking with 6 different individuals we finally had someone that took their time to investigate our situation instead of just passing us off. We would like to personally thank the person that had the fortitude to hire Servando, with his outstanding customer service abilities as well as his wealth of knowledge!Thank you,The Wiggin Family

This company is the worst internet company ever. The customer service is horrible. The company has charged me multiple times for “fees” that don’t even exist. They are awful. I’ve been mistreated and hung up on and yelled at by customer service. This company needs to be relinquished

AWFUL!!! I’m typing this using my LTE because as we speak I have “No Internet connection.” That’s all I ever get with this new Simtel Router. Biggest rip off ever. I will be canceling my service today. I’ve called everyday and get NOTHING but “someone from Advanced Support will call you tomorrow “ “ or we need to do a line refresh.” I’ve called so much I know the hold music by heart now. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE!!!!

Where we live Internet service is hard to obtain. Decided to use wireless instead of satellite despite it being a higher cost. Worst decision we could have made. Our latest episode of no service started a week ago. After unplugging and rebooting everything I gave up and called customer service. Inappropriately named because there is ZERO service. Called right when they opened and was told that the "system has to be refreshed". Ok. Called 3 hours later asked when would the system be available. Now told "we're working on it, soon.". Ok. Called 4 hours later and now told they would be sending out a new router. After a lot of questions on why I was told that their provider "just told them that 3G equipment would no longer be supported." The new router was supposed to ship “today.". Also that it would be sent 2-day shipping. Called the next day just to verify that it was shipped and to get tracking number. No, it didn't go out. The new SIM card had to be activated, then tested in the router. Now long would this take? Answer, "up to 72 hours." Maybe they only have one person working in that department. Plus they DON'T work on weekends regardless of the problem. The heck with customers! Called on Monday and "still in testing". Called on Tuesday, "still in testing". Called on Wednesday and told it would go put via 2-day shipping. Received an email from UPS detailing package pickup with estimated delivery on Monday. That will be 12 days with no service. Read these reviews. Seems that only the five star reviews have a response. It easy to agree with someone that likes you. It takes a business that is sincere about putting customers first to respond to all reviews. The network manager, customer service manager and contract manager should be called on to review their respective performance. Contract manager because whatever deal was made with a provider they can't just cut service without notification. Customer service manager for better training of the people facing frustrated customers. And network manager for not putting every effort into managing a network with some sort of standards. When customers are out of service there should be some sense of urgency. Final words: AVOID THIS COMPANY. Just had service and when we do have it, it isn't good. Download avg is 4.3Mb/s and upload is 0.7Mb/s.
